Perfect location with Mont Blanc view, great alternative to Chamonix when travel by car

A very charming mountain hotel with a warm wooden structure and a cozy alpine atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and offer stunning views — even though we didn’t get a Mont Blanc view, the surrounding scenery was still breathtaking. The free on-site parking is a great bonus, especially if you're traveling by car. Bathrooms were clean, though a bit dated in style. The chalet-style rooms are spread over multiple floors, with an elevator up to the second floor and stairs to reach the top level. Breakfast was modest but sufficient to start the day. There’s a lovely terrace with a view of Mont Blanc, although seating is quite limited. The hotel also has a restaurant for dinner, but unfortunately, it requires a reservation in advance — even for hotel guests. Overall, a very good place to relax and enjoy the area, especially as an alternative to staying in Chamonix if you have your own car.

It was clean and offered what we needed from a hotel. Staff were great and had a great swimming pool for family use

It would be great to have tea and coffee facilities in the room and possibly a fridge (as we stopped on our Euro Road Trip)

Overnight stay before going home

- the hotel is located on the main road towards the Mnt Blanc and Chamonix. - The hotel is very nicely decorated, as is the restaurant and the outside part of the terrace. - We also had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, it was delicious and the price was appropriate. The hotel also offers a swimming pool, sauna and hammam. - in front of the hotel is big parking space

- we got a room on the 3rd floor with slightly higher windows. Unfortunately, we did not have a view of Mnt Blanc, but of the other side. - the bathroom could use a bit of renovation. - A bottle for tap water was available in the room. However, there was some water in the bottle from previous guests so we didn't use it.

Very good breakfast, excellent pool/spa area and fantastic kids areas.

It was far more isolated than it appears in the map making it difficult to get to the town center without a car. The limited dinner menu and later opening time made it difficult to plan with children. And no coffee/ tea service in the room was odd.

Don't be lured in by the amenities unless you are there from 3-9pm! Otherwise they are useless.

Rooms are spacious but empty. The heating barely works and the bathrooms are dated in every way. Strange smell in the lobby/restaurant.

I liked the idea of this place and booked it specifically for the pool and spa. However, checkout is uncommonly early (10am) and they "close the hotel" from 10am to 3pm for cleaning. That means no pool, no massage, nothing the day you checkout. The only way to take advantage of the amenities is to arrive at 3pm on the day of your check-in and you have to reserve massages in advance. So if you're skiing the morning of check in or arriving from out of town, save your money and stay somewhere else. BTW, they charge 30 euros for checking out past 10am.

It is a motel, not a hotel. Beware of upfront payments as it could be a way of the property to lack hospitality of lower

24hr check in and spacious car park

We were left without dinner as we did not know that every morning we should have booked for the evening. The restaurant works on a 40% capacity of the total bed availability. The owner was also very pleased in letting me know that they were fully booked and not helpful at all in offering us any alternative for food. This was after we paid a very top price for 2 nights stay. Not impressed.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast is also super nice.

P.S I would like to add on top o my review, that I called the hotel today to get a refund that the promised when I explained in the reception the reason I had to leave, and 1st the receptionist said, because of my review, she would not follow what she promised and turned the phone off on my face. I called again trying to understand the situation and she just screamed saying is not her job to explain guest show to get there. That was my problem if I didnt have a taxi in the middle of the night, and again, because of my review, she will not refund me the night I had to find a different place. I would like to let clear, I never had such situation while staying in a hotel. Never such staff was so rude and impolite, or tried to punish guests because of a review. Thats my tip for anyone visiting the region: dont stay at this hotel!!!! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The hotel is in the middle of nowhere . If you are not by car, you have to walk more than a km with heavy bags to get there. I called late afternoon to ask if they could have a taxi number or any help to get there, cause I was in a sports event in Chamonix and the hotel address says: Les Houches, which has a night bus, but the location is Servoz, which does not!!! The reception was not helpful at all, they basically told me it was my problem. I was desesparated finding a way in the middle of the night, and next day I had to compete on a race. Worst experience ever.

The property is beautiful and the staff is very kind. The breakfast was buffet was yummy as well. The whole vibe of the place was very welcoming and ambience is great!

It was not that we did not like but just the property is quite far from Chamonix which was our main purpose of visit. However, the staff had kindly given us a ticket which we could use for any mode of transport to get to Chamonix.

Comfortable with excellent swimming pool and hammam, but location best with a car.

Pool and sauna area fantastic and fully included.

Location awkward to get to without a car. No bus route. There is a local train station only 1km away but only routes are a major expressway not suitable for walking or a rough track footpath…OK if you have a rucksack but not with a suitcase. Taxi from Chamonix on arrival was very expensive, but on leaving the hotel owner very kindly gave me a lift to the station in her own car, no charge.
