Lovely Dawn was a welcoming host as we arrived late and a bit stressed.
The property was well maintained by Syd?
The rooms and facilities were fitted out stylishly, cosily and a bit quirky, making our short stay memorable.
The owners obviously care for and take pride in their hotel, which is better than I can for some other crappy hotels we have stayed in over our 6 week UK TRIP.
Parking especially the weekend we stayed was nightmarish. Two streets away for us and we were lucky.

Location great,
It’s quirky, beds comfy, everything you need even tooth brush and toothpaste, slippers, ear plugs and eye masks. Breakfast is beautiful and the carrot cake even better. Sea view. Just all very relaxing . Dawn is very helpful and kindly washed and dried my trousers as I hadn’t planned a second night away and needed them for Dinner.
