Fantastic location, fantastic property and very friendly staff

The property was very cozy and comfortable and staff were very attentive. it was such a bonus having a lift as I do have mobility issues.

I honestly have no negative comments about this property as the accommodation and the breakfast were excellent

Great place to stay

Friendly, very convenient to the town centre, the room was comfortable and clean and so well equipped with everything you need plus lovely wee touches. Breakfast was very good. Such a lovely quirky place,will definitely stay again.

I have stayed here so many times in the past and was always shown to our rooms by a lovely gentleman and asked was we would like for breakfast!!! The rooms were always lovely and warm at this time of year!!! When we arrived on Friday it was our 38th Anniversary so we were excited to stay here again when we got to our room .. no one there just self check in!!! The room was absolutely freezing a blow heater was blowing cold air round the room!!! Never in my life have I went to a B&B and this has happened… So I turned it off and tried to put the radiator on but no it was freezing cold to… My husband and I went out for a lovely Anniversary meal only to come back to the room and it was freezing cold!!! I had to sleep with my clothes on until I got heated up… never again …it’s not the B&Bi remember I won’t be back

Amazing Place

So close to the beach that you could hear the waves at night, also close to the town centre. Everything within walking distance. Beautifully restored house with loads of character plants and antiques on display. Would highly recommend

Great location. Lovely breakfast with good variety of food. Very spacious room with sea view. Hosts friendly and attentive.

The only slight drawback was no towel rail to hang towels in bathroom except over top of shower. There was a facility for rolled up towels but would have preferred an actual towel rail.

Everything the owner Dawn & staff were so lovely, the food amazing , you received cookies, tea/coffee in an amazing wee bag, they had everything you need,, and absolute gem 💎 of a b& b ti stay in ,,recommended for definite

Lovely short break in Portrush

Good location to town centre, lovely spacious room, large bed. Great view. Nice touch of added extras in room ie. tea/ coffee tray, biscuits & mints also extras in bathroom very nice. Dawn & Syd were lovely hosts,excellent cooked breakfast & good choice of continental.

Very pleasant and enjoyable

We had a very pleasant stay at Averest B&B. We attended the Open at Portrush Golf Club and the B&B was only a short walk to the Golf Club. Our room and ensuite were super clean, the view from our room was beautiful featuring the harbour and the ocean. Dawn is a very personable host and made us feel very welcome. The freshly cooked breakfast was very good.

Very enjoyable stay in lovely town, despite weather not being the best!

The location was good and the facilities were good with lots of little touches (eg toothbrushes/paste; wrapped up chocolates and ear plugs etc) to make you feel special. The cooked breakfast was very good with great choice of food

Very happy with our relaxing and pleasant stay and and will definitely return in the future!

We had the top room overlooking the harbour and the view was amazing. This b&b was quirky, a step back in time which was refreshing. It was spotless, warm, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was of top quality. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and the fact that it was adults only was a bonus.

The property is situated in a great position with beautiful views across the harbour. All attractions and amenities are easily accessible.

You could struggle to park your car during busy periods due to the hotels central location. The hotel doesn’t have a car park so you are reliant upon on street parking.

Absolutely glorious.

Everything! I fell in love with it when we walked through the door and the harbour views are spectacular. The hosts were warm and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious, good quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. Our new favourite place.

My only critique and that’s more of an inconvenience is that the tv is at a weird angle when you’re laid in bed.

Good location spacious bed room friendly staff. We loved the decor it was old fashioned but with a quirky twist. Dawn who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. In the morning had one of the best breakfasts ever even better than a lot of larger hotels Jade was very friendly and helpful with our dietary needs.....highly recommend

a simply beautiful stay! I adored the amazing indoor plants and decor of this lux B&B.

Delicious cooked breakfast and you must have the soda bread, it's superb! This will keep you running all day ! The room on the top floor with the harbour and beach view over Portrush is fabulous, as is the Tea for Two table and chair in the room to gaze out over the harbour activity!
