Le personnel au petit soin, la sélection et la qualité des produits, le petit-déjeuner de roi tous les matins et son emplacement. Le menu gourmet du restaurant est top, même s’il faut tout de même compter 60€ par personne pour entrée, plat, fromage et dessert (hors verre de vin entre 7 et 8€, par verre et par personne). Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion ni les moyens de tester le restaurant « à la carte ».
L’isolation phonique, on entendait les bruit qui vibraient dans les murs (ex : prises de courant qui se branche dans la prise), les bruits de pas à l’étage du dessus et les discussions autour chambre et couloir…
