Great location - right in the center of the shopping district
The Spa / pool was closed, but it didn't matter, we only stayed one night to visit the town. They did offer a few hours for the spa at a different location.

The hotel is located in the centre of Brunico so it's really easy to visit every part of the city. They have their own parking so you don't have to think about it. Receptionist are very welcoming and clear about all the service in the hotel. Also the restaurant is really fancy, very good dishes and the service was excellent. I don't know the name of the girl who served us but she was very professional and available to explain anything about the menu. The room is pretty clean and comfortable, you can find anything you need for your staying.
Just some advice: in the restaurant as guest of the hotel you have 10% discount BUT you have to say to the waiter because, of course, they have no idea who you are. So, my personal opinion, it would be good if you create a carnet or voucher for the restaurant (same as you have for the welcome drink) so that will be easier for everybody to take advantage of the discount. Then, it isn't a complain, the music from the bar is a bit louder so if have a room close to the bar take earplugs with you or look for it.
