Perfect stay to visit the Dolomites

Good stay in Luson center

Nicely located in the center of Luson, although be prepared for bells jingling quite loudly in the morning:) The sauna is a good surprise for a 3* hotel. Dinners were ok/good, breakfasts abundant.

Nothing to be really unsatisfied for, just minor improvements: water (even tap one) is not included in the half board price, and room's couch was quite uncomfortable

We were back. And not for the last time.

Very strict conformity with Covid measures, so one feels really safe. Very good breakfast buffet and nice dinner. Clean facilities and comfortable bed. The room with very romantic view of the valley when sun sets down. Exceptional kindness of the staff that makes you comfortable with their discrete presence and attention. Good wifi connection. Perfect for hardcore cyclists and all grades of hikers who wish to enjoy in beautiful nature and iconic views.

Je voel je echt gast in dit hotel .

Perfecte ligging voor diverse wandeltochten vriendelijk personeel . Heerlijke sauna (open van 15.00 tot 19.00 ) Ontbijtbuffet was helemaal o.k. Voor diner is er een restaurant achter het hotel met een betaalbare menukaart .

Totul a fost perfect! Personalul foarte amabil si discret, curatenia exemplara, micul dejun foarte bun si accesul la sauna umeda si uscata plus piscina un mare bonus.

Ottimo punto di appoggio

La struttura è una costruzione tipica della zona, le camere di buone dimensioni anche se un po' datate, buona la colazione, varia ed abbondante e il personale accogliente. Piccola ma carina anche la spa con idromassaggio, sauna e bafno turco più le docce jetspa. Ottima possibilità di parcheggio e volendo a 200 metri c'è anche un piccolo laghetto balneabile attrezzato, gratis per gli ospiti

Purtroppo bisogna prendere atto che il cambiamento climatico sta dando i suoi problemi anche a queste altezze, quindi la mancanza dei condizionatori, inizia a sentiesi, anche perché l'ala dove alloggiavamo noi era prorpio sulla strada principale e dormire con le finestre aperte è stato un po' un problema per i rumori. Il bagno un po' datato da rimodernare, ma é solo un piccolo consiglio

Heerlijk hotel met royaal onbijt op een centrale locatie om de omgeving te verkennen.

Ongeplande mooie omgeving

Goede kamers met een zeer goed bed en goed ontbijt. Je wordt in de ochtend tijdens het ontbijt op je wenken bediend. Op 300m wandelafstand was er een leuk natuurzwembad waar je gratis inkom krijgt, door je verblijf. Ook waren de saunafaciliteiten een leuk pluspunt bij minder weer. Op een korte afstand rijden, vonden zeer mooie wandelingen plaats die niet rouristisch zijn maar wel zeker de moeite waard

De taalbarrière naar het Engels was groot voor de eigenaars. Hierdoor hebben ze ons niet over alles voldoende of tijdig geïnformeerd. Een bijvoorbeeld hiervan is de Luson pas die je vele voordelen biedt. Op het einde betaal je in de verblijven je toeristentaks. Deze wouden ze cash ontvangen en was op voorhand niet doorgegeven, omdat wij via banccontact wouden betalen probeerde ze ons 5.5 euro meer aan te rekenen.

Il nostro soggiorno in hotel è stato davvero positivo: personale gentilissimo, disponibile ed affabile. Hanno soddisfatto le nostre esigenze con competenza e professionalità. Colazione ricca e varia (dolce e salato), cene con ottimo buffet di antipasti e insalate. Pietanze varie e buona scelta. Camera pulitissima, letto comodo. Accappatoi in camera per l’utilizzo gratuito della zona spa con ampia vasca idromassaggio e sauna. Davvero una vacanza da ricordare. Complimenti a tutto lo staff. Ci siamo sentiti in famiglia.
