Welcome to Aransas Princess #111, a beautifully remodeled first-floor condominium offering the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with a den comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it an excellent choice for families and small groups.
Located within the premier Aransas Princess resort, guests enjoy two resort-style swimming pools, a seasonally heated hot tub, tennis courts, private beach access via the boardwalk, beautifully landscaped grounds, and a 24-hour front desk. Conveniently located in Port Aransas` golf cart-friendly area, you`re just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, fishing, and island attractions.
Inside, the open living area features comfortable seating, tile flooring, and plenty of natural light, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and everything needed to prepare meals, while the adjacent dining area is perfect for gathering with family and friends. A full-size washer and dryer add the convenience of home.
Sleeping Arrangements
Primary Suite: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower
Guest Bedroom: Two twin beds
Den: Comfortable sleeping space for additional guests
After a day on the beach or by the pool, unwind in this inviting coastal retreat and enjoy everything Port Aransas has to offer.
Parking: This unit includes one reserved garage parking space, with additional outdoor guest parking available as permitted.
• Must be 25+ to book & check in (valid ID required)
• Booking guest must be present at check-in (no exceptions without prior approval)
• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
• No parties or events allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No smoking of any kind, including on balconies
• No pets allowed
• Parking permits are required for all vehicles
• Wristbands required for use of amenities
• Follow all pool & property rules (no glass allowed in pool areas)
• Use designated beach access and rinse off sand before returning
• Return keys to the front desk at check-out (lost/unreturned keys will be charged a $35 fee)
• Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay

Such a beautiful property and right on the Port Aransas beach! It has its own private boardwalk to get to the beach for easy access and the property also had 2 pools and hot tubs...plenty of room for everyone! This particular room was located on the same floor as the event center too...great for easy access, plus a community fun center with cornhole games and the pools. Inside the condo was spotless!! Roomy accommodations, comfy beds, and the master room is separated from the 2nd room, plus has its own sliding door access to the patio.It's very well kept and cool, very clean and felt like "home" while we were there. 2 living room areas too! Much bigger than it looks in the pics. We loved it!!

We came down to celebrate my husband’s 50th! We selected this condo specifically for the boardwalk straight to the beach that was indicated on the listing. However, the boardwalk is incomplete currently (end of June 2025). Therefore we still had to load up the car and drive out and find a place. There is one elevator location which not near the assigned parking space. So that was kind of a bummer. It all worked out in the end. With all that being said, we know the boardwalk will be complete as some point and once it is, we have decided that this condo will definitely be a “go-to” for us. We had my husband and me, two teenage daughters and preteen son. They fit perfectly in the kids room with a full/maybe queen bed and bunk beds. The master suite and bathroom were HUGE! There was more than enough space for all of us. We enjoyed going to the pool(s) and the views. The sliding doors to the patio on the back were so cool, you can slide them allllllll the way open so it spans the whole living room AND master bedroom! All in all, we only took the one star away for the boardwalk, but once that is done….PERFECTION!!!
