This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it the perfect choice for families and groups looking to relax by the beach.
Located within the premier Aransas Princess resort, guests enjoy two resort-style swimming pools, including one seasonally heated pool with an adjoining hot tub, tennis courts, bocce ball, cornhole, private beach access via the boardwalk, beautifully landscaped grounds, and a 24-hour front desk. Conveniently located in Port Aransas` golf cart-friendly area, you`re just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, fishing, and island attractions.
The bright, open-concept living area features comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, a large TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing beautiful Gulf views. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the sunrise, or relax in the coastal breeze after a day at the beach.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. A breakfast bar and dining table provide plenty of seating for family meals, games, and conversation. A full-size washer and dryer add the convenience of home.
Sleeping Arrangements
Primary Suite: King bed with private balcony access and an en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity and a jetted tub/shower combination
Guest Bedroom: Queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa
Whether you`re lounging by the pool, strolling the beach, or exploring Port Aransas by golf cart, Aransas Princess #507 offers the perfect blend of comfort, resort amenities, and beautiful Gulf views.
Parking: This unit includes one reserved garage parking space, with additional outdoor guest parking available as permitted.
• Must be 25+ to book & check in (valid ID required)
• Booking guest must be present at check-in (no exceptions without prior approval)
• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
• No parties or events allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No smoking of any kind, including on balconies
• No pets allowed
• Parking permits are required for all vehicles
• Wristbands required for use of amenities
• Follow all pool & property rules (no glass allowed in pool areas)
• Use designated beach access and rinse off sand before returning
• Return keys to the front desk at check-out (lost/unreturned keys will be charged a $35 fee)
• Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay

Easily the nicest condo in Port A I’ve ever stayed at - and I’ve been staying in Port A for over 30 years! Friendly staff, beautiful amenities, close to the beach. Will absolutely stay here again!
