Located within the premier Aransas Princess resort, guests enjoy two resort-style swimming pools, including one seasonally heated pool with an adjoining hot tub, tennis courts, bocce ball, cornhole, private beach access via the boardwalk, beautifully landscaped grounds, and a 24-hour front desk. Conveniently located in Port Aransas` golf cart-friendly area, you`re just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, fishing, and island attractions.
The open-concept living area is bright and welcoming, with comfortable furnishings and large windows that showcase spectacular Gulf views. Step onto your private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico, or simply relax while listening to the soothing sound of the waves.
The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. A full-size washer and dryer provide the convenience of home for longer vacations.

Guest Bedroom: Queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed
Additional Sleeping: Queen air mattress available upon request

Parking: This unit includes one reserved garage parking space, with additional outdoor guest parking available as permitted.
• Must be 25+ to book & check in (valid ID required)
• Booking guest must be present at check-in (no exceptions without prior approval)
• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
• No parties or events allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No smoking of any kind, including on balconies
• No pets allowed
• Parking permits are required for all vehicles
• Wristbands required for use of amenities
• Follow all pool & property rules (no glass allowed in pool areas)
• Use designated beach access and rinse off sand before returning
• Return keys to the front desk at check-out (lost/unreturned keys may incur a fee)
• Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay

This condo had everything we needed for our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Only suggestion is to add some ottoman’s to make it 150%.

We loved the view, the clean home and comfy beds. Having the washer and dryer was an extra perk. Pools are great and the bath tub has jets! We will be back again.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We have stayed at AP for the last 10 years and often rent unit 702. The unit is nice but the cost has gotten ridiculous. It cheaper to go to Mexico! The property is need of a major face lift. The new railings look very nice but there is so much more than needs to be done. So many broken tiles on the property, the event center is tired and the structure by on the side by the front pool should be torn down or totally renovated. The cost no longer reflects the condition of the property and our party has decided to stay elsewhere next year.
