Located within the premier Aransas Princess resort, guests enjoy two resort-style swimming pools, including one seasonally heated pool with an adjoining hot tub, tennis courts, bocce ball, cornhole, private beach access via the gated boardwalk, beautifully landscaped grounds, and a 24-hour front desk. Conveniently located in Port Aransas` golf cart-friendly area, you`re just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, fishing, and island attractions.
Inside, the bright and inviting living area is filled with natural light and showcases spectacular Gulf views through expansive windows. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico, or unwind in the evening while listening to the soothing sound of the waves.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Parking: This unit includes one reserved garage parking space, with additional outdoor guest parking available as permitted.

• Booking guest must be present at check-in (no exceptions without prior approval)
• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
• No parties or events allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No smoking of any kind, including on balconies
• No pets allowed
• Parking permits are required for all vehicles
• Wristbands required for use of amenities
• Follow all pool & property rules (no glass allowed in pool areas)
• Use designated beach access and rinse off sand before returning
• Return keys to the front desk at check-out (lost/unreturned keys may incur a fee)
• Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay

They were not exaggerating about the view! There was plenty of room for my family, much larger than many other condos we've stayed in. Everything was very clean. The boardwalk was a quick walk to the beach. The kids loved the two pools in the evenings after the days at the beach. The staff was very nice as well. I would definitely recommend.
