Welcome to Aransas Princess #511, a beautifully remodeled fifth-floor beachfront condominium offering spectacular Gulf views and spacious accommodations for up to 8 guests. Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a second living area/den, this inviting coastal retreat is ideal for families and groups looking to relax and reconnect by the sea.
Located within the premier Aransas Princess resort, guests enjoy two resort-style swimming pools, including one seasonally heated pool with an adjoining hot tub, tennis courts, bocce ball, cornhole, private beach access via the boardwalk, beautifully landscaped grounds, and a 24-hour front desk. Conveniently located in Port Aransas` golf cart-friendly area, you`re just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, fishing, and island attractions.
The bright, open living area offers comfortable seating and stunning Gulf views through large windows. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy breathtaking sunrises, coastal breezes, and the soothing sound of the waves. A second living area provides additional space for relaxing, watching TV, or accommodating extra guests.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, while the dining area is perfect for gathering with family and friends. A full-size washer and dryer add the convenience of home.
Parking: Please note: This unit does not include a reserved garage parking space. Guests may park in the designated outdoor parking areas with the required parking permit. Covered garage parking is not available with this rental.

• Must be 25+ to book & check in (valid ID required)
• Booking guest must be present at check-in (no exceptions without prior approval)
• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
• No parties or events allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No smoking of any kind, including on balconies
• No pets allowed
• Parking permits are required for all vehicles
• Wristbands required for use of amenities
• Follow all pool & property rules (no glass allowed in pool areas)
• Use designated beach access and rinse off sand before returning
• Return keys to the front desk at check-out (lost/unreturned keys may incur a fee)
• Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay

Clean, great location. Only con was the lack of communication, I had to figure put of the condo had beach chairs , umbrella and towels. I discovered this by another reviewers post. I then called the condo complex and they said they don’t provide that, but said there are rental companies that do . I was able to find a great beach rental place that delivered chairs, umbrella and wake boards. They deliver right to the condo door, and even picked up! The boardwalk to the beach wasn’t in use as they were in the process of replacing it, so the complex offered a golf cart shuttle, worked out great! Actually better than the boardwalk.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The views are spectacular and the condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The boardwalk to the beach was being built, so we had to walk around via the roadway to access, but it was a nice little walk and good exercise. The resort did offer a golf cart shuttle, but we enjoyed the walk and the views. We watched the ships line up in their holding pattern to the channel, and the sunrise every morning was beautiful. Next time we'd love to come during the annual Sand Festival. The beach was being prepped for it during our last days. There is a 9-hole golf course at the resort next to us, which was fabulous. We played it 2 times. It was pricey and very challenging for a 9-hole course. Our recommendations would be to have a couple of beach chairs and umbrella to use and to improve communication before booking. Our pre-booking inquiry questions went unanswered. We booked anyway and loved our stay. We would definitely stay again.

The place itself has a great location and great views and a nice layout but it looks like it hasn’t been updated since it was built in the 1980s. The beds were hard and not comfortable to sleep in and there was a lot of furniture for such a small space in the living room dining room area. Overall you definitely felt like you were at the beach which was a nice stay and it had everything that we needed as far as appliances and cookware and dishes are concerned.
