Whether you`re planning a family vacation or a beach getaway with friends, this inviting retreat provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Texas coast.
Located within the premier Aransas Princess resort, guests enjoy two resort-style swimming pools, a seasonally heated hot tub, tennis courts, private beach access via the boardwalk, beautifully landscaped grounds, and a 24-hour front desk. Conveniently situated in Port Aransas` golf cart-friendly area, you`re just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, fishing, and island attractions.
Inside, the recently remodeled interior features modern rustic touches, including shiplap accents, updated flooring, and an open-concept living area filled with natural light. Large windows and the private balcony provide beautiful Gulf views, making it the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day on the beach.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals, while the dining area offers plenty of seating for family gatherings. A full-size washer and dryer add the convenience of home for extended stays.

Guest Bedroom: Two queen beds
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa
Spend your days relaxing on the beach, enjoying the resort pools, playing tennis, or exploring Port Aransas by golf cart. Aransas Princess #407 offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking Gulf views.
Parking: This unit includes one reserved garage parking space, with additional outdoor guest parking available as permitted.
• Must be 25+ to book & check in (valid ID required)
• Booking guest must be present at check-in (no exceptions without prior approval)
• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
• No parties or events allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No smoking of any kind, including on balconies
• No pets allowed
• Parking permits are required for all vehicles
• Wristbands required for use of amenities
• Follow all pool & property rules (no glass allowed in pool areas)
• Use designated beach access and rinse off sand before returning
• Return keys to the front desk at check-out (lost/unreturned keys may incur a fee)
• Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay

We had an amazing trip to the Aransas Princess--the condo was absolutely amazing, very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need for an amazing vacation! We traveled down with family including teen niece and 11 year old nephew. The boardwalk to the beach made everything super convenient and easily accessible. The pools on the property are amazing. If you're looking for the perfect get away spot, this is definitely it! This was our first time staying at Aransas Princess, but it will absolutely not be our last.
