Welcome to Aransas Princess #114, a spacious first-floor beachfront condominium offering room to relax, beautiful Gulf views, and all the comforts of home. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a den, and accommodations for up to 8 guests, this inviting coastal retreat is perfect for families and groups looking to enjoy everything Port Aransas has to offer.
Located within the premier Aransas Princess resort, guests enjoy two resort-style swimming pools, a seasonally heated hot tub, tennis courts, private beach access via the boardwalk, beautifully landscaped grounds, and a 24-hour front desk. Conveniently located in Port Aransas` golf cart-friendly area, you`re just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, fishing, and island attractions.
This spacious 1,920-square-foot condo is filled with natural light from three private balconies located at the front, side, and rear of the unit. The open-concept living area offers plenty of comfortable seating, including two queen sleeper sofas, making it easy for everyone to gather after a day at the beach.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals, and the full-size washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Guest Bedroom: Queen bed
Den: Twin bunk beds
Living Room: Two queen sleeper sofas
Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the private balconies, spend the day lounging by the pool or on the beach, and end the evening relaxing in this spacious beachfront retreat.
Parking: This unit includes one reserved garage parking space, with additional outdoor guest parking available as permitted.
• Must be 25+ to book & check in (valid ID required)
• Booking guest must be present at check-in (no exceptions without prior approval)
• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
• No parties or events allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No smoking of any kind, including on balconies
• No pets allowed
• Parking permits are required for all vehicles
• Wristbands required for use of amenities
• Follow all pool & property rules (no glass allowed in pool areas)
• Use designated beach access and rinse off sand before returning
• Return keys to the front desk at check-out (lost/unreturned keys may incur a fee)
• Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay

The check in process once we got to the resort was great but we got a call 2 hours prior to check in telling us the AC was not working in our unit and we could either move to a room half the size or cancel the reservation. Neither Of those options were going to work for our party of eight. I had to suggest an alternative option of staying in the room without AC which they agreed to. We were told that the AC would be fixed the following day and it was not. They eventually did fix it on the 3rd day. In addition, the owner of our unit has not redone any of it since being built in the early 80’s and as a result, the oven is so old, it is somehow stuck and unable to open. The unit was clean but in severe need of major updates! Beds were comfortable and the unit was very spacious. The staff once we arrived were all wonderful and they did offer a small discount on our stay for the issues we encountered. The only other issue is we were told it was a heated pool but the heater wasn’t actually working. The location and view of the beach and ocean were amazing and access was super easy.

Loved the floor plan of the condo. The appliances are severely outdated. None of the floor lamps worked and all were rusted out at the bottom. The balcony flooring could use a little updating. There's a de-humidifier in the kitchen just stuffed into a hole. Looks like a dangerous area for kids. Batteries in tv remote were corroded.
