Welcome to Aransas Princess #512, a spacious fifth-floor beachfront condominium offering spectacular Gulf views and comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests. Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a den, this inviting coastal retreat is the perfect destination for families and groups looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Port Aransas.
Located within the premier Aransas Princess resort, guests enjoy two resort-style swimming pools, including one seasonally heated pool with an adjoining hot tub, tennis courts, bocce ball, cornhole, private beach access via the boardwalk, beautifully landscaped grounds, and a 24-hour front desk. Conveniently located in Port Aransas` golf cart-friendly area, you`re just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, fishing, and island attractions.
The bright and spacious living area is filled with natural light and showcases breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on comfortable furnishings, watch your favorite movie, or step onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the soothing sound of the waves.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, while the dining area offers plenty of room to gather with family and friends. A full-size washer and dryer add the convenience of home.
Parking: Please note: This unit does not include a reserved garage parking space. Guests may park in the designated outdoor parking areas with the required parking permit. Covered garage parking is not available with this rental.

Primary Suite: King bed with flat-screen TV and en-suite bathroom
Guest Bedroom: Queen bed with a twin sleeper chair
Den: Queen sleeper sofa
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa
Whether you`re spending the day on the beach, relaxing by the pool, or exploring Port Aransas by golf cart, Aransas Princess #512 offers the perfect combination of comfort, resort amenities, and unforgettable Gulf-front views.
• Must be 25+ to book & check in (valid ID required)
• Booking guest must be present at check-in (no exceptions without prior approval)
• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
• No parties or events allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No smoking of any kind, including on balconies
• No pets allowed
• Parking permits are required for all vehicles
• Wristbands required for use of amenities
• Follow all pool & property rules (no glass allowed in pool areas)
• Use designated beach access and rinse off sand before returning
• Return keys to the front desk at check-out (lost/unreturned keys will be charged a $35 fee)
• Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay
