With panoramic Gulf views, resort-style amenities, and room for up to 10 guests, this coastal retreat is perfect for family vacations and group getaways.
Please Note: This unit does not include a reserved garage parking space. Guests may park in the property`s designated outdoor parking areas with a valid parking permit. Covered garage parking is not available with this rental.
The Aransas Princess offers everything you need for a relaxing beach escape, including two swimming pools, a seasonally heated hot tub, tennis courts, private beach access via the boardwalk, beautifully landscaped grounds, and a 24-hour front desk. Located in Port Aransas` golf cart-friendly area, you`re just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, fishing, and island attractions.
Inside, this 1,588-square-foot condo features an open-concept living and dining area with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony where you can enjoy beautiful Gulf views and coastal breezes. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Primary Suite: King bed with en-suite bathroom
Guest Bedroom: One full-size bed and one twin-over-twin bunk bed
Third Bedroom: Three twin beds
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa

This was a great place to stay in Port A for a relaxing handful of days on the beach! The location is great and the beach access and pools were top notch! We loved waking up to sit on the deck and see the beach. The unit was nicely furnished and well stocked. We would definitely recomend this place and would come again!

Fantastic property, ideally located with a great boardwalk to the beach, though the step-down was too high and needs some steps built. Our unit was comfortable and roomy with a great view, and we loved having three full bathrooms. The only problems were the ice maker did not work (and the beach in August really requires one), a shelf in the fridge door was broken (apparently already known by mngmt), and there was a leak from the master bath shower onto the floor that we couldn’t quite figure out resulting in ruining a shoebox inside a mesh bag that was sitting a good ways away on the floor. But, overall, it was a wonderful stay with family.

This is a clean and well decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in a great location. It's obvious the owners take great care of it.

We had a large group for the weekend and the condo was plenty of space. The pools were great and you can’t beat the view. I’m sure we’ll be back.
