Inside, soaring ceilings and dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows fill the penthouse with natural light while showcasing breathtaking Gulf views. The spacious open-concept living area offers comfortable furnishings, a large HDTV, and the perfect gathering space for relaxing after a day on the beach.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, including quality appliances, generous counter space, and all the cookware you`ll need for family dinners. The dining table comfortably seats six, while a full-size washer and dryer provide the conveniences of home.

Rooftop Balcony: Guests have full access to the penthouse interior, the private main-level balcony, and all Aransas Princess resort amenities.
The rooftop balcony is permanently closed to guest access and is not included with this rental in accordance with Aransas Princess property policies. No exceptions.

• Booking guest must be present at check-in (no exceptions without prior approval)
• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
• No parties or events allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No smoking of any kind, including on balconies

• Parking permits are required for all vehicles
• Wristbands required for use of amenities
• Follow all pool & property rules (no glass allowed in pool areas)
• Use designated beach access and rinse off sand before returning
• Return keys to the front desk at check-out (lost/unreturned keys may incur a fee)
