Located within the premier Aransas Princess resort, guests enjoy two resort-style swimming pools, including one seasonally heated pool with an adjoining hot tub, tennis courts, bocce ball, cornhole, private beach access via the boardwalk, beautifully landscaped grounds, and a 24-hour front desk. Conveniently located in Port Aransas` golf cart-friendly area, you`re just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, fishing, and island attractions.
The bright, open-concept living area features comfortable furnishings, expansive windows, and spectacular Gulf views. A second living area provides additional space to relax, making this condo an excellent choice for families traveling together. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the Gulf or unwind in the evening with the soothing sound of the waves.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of room to gather for meals, games, and conversation, while a full-size washer and dryer provide the convenience of home.

Parking: This unit includes one reserved garage parking space, with additional outdoor guest parking available as permitted.
• Must be 25+ to book & check in (valid ID required)
• Booking guest must be present at check-in (no exceptions without prior approval)
• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
• No parties or events allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No smoking of any kind, including on balconies
• No pets allowed
• Parking permits are required for all vehicles
• Wristbands required for use of amenities
• Follow all pool & property rules (no glass allowed in pool areas)
• Use designated beach access and rinse off sand before returning
• Return keys to the front desk at check-out (lost/unreturned keys may incur a fee)
• Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay

Our stay in Unit #712 during January and February 2021 was an adventure this year due to COVID and the great Texas freeze in February. I must say that we loved our condo. It was wonderfully appointed and had lots of kitchen tools and appliances for cooking meals in, which we did much more of on this trip. Unfortunately we had to vacate our condo for over a week due to loss of power and water during the winter storm. Once water and power was restored in the complex, our unit had additional power issues but the management was wonderful and relocated us for several nights to another condo while the problem was being resolved. We were very glad to be able to spend the last few nights of our stay back in #712. Loved the reclining sofa and chair, the large master bath and shower, and the balcony - great view and chairs to enjoy it from. The Aransas Princess is our favorite Port Aransas retreat.

The property was perfect- clean and comfortable. We were totally satisfied with our choice and would definitely choose this property again. Unrelated to the unit we stayed in, we did find it disappointing that the weekend desk staff did not follow the mask wearing requirement. The result was more people in the lobby that also did not wear masks.
