This place was idea for location and view. We had a wedding in town and it was great to be so close and also have fun things to do in the area!

The location of the condo is fantastic. A 5 minute walk to the beach. 15 minutes to the heart of town. We didn't rent a car when visiting and didn't need one at all.The condo itself had everything we needed. The property management group was great with communication and check-in/check-out was simple. The only item I would point out as a warning to visitors is that the unit is on the second floor, which is under another unit with hard floors where you can hear footsteps prominently if someone is stomping.

The hosts were responsive and the condo view was amazing. Beds were very comfortable, even the pull out in the den. Walking distance to ocean and many of the restaurants and shops we frequented. Ample space in the living area to gather with our family and enjoy the magical sunsets.

This house sits at the perfect location to do everything I would say that’s the star of the show. Upon entering the home, there was a smell of dog urine through out and a smell of cleaning chemicals in the second bedroom.Looking in the closet we found several cleaning supplies that would explain the chemical smell. We did Febreze the carpet to try and get rid of the urine smell which helped. Dining room chairs looked like they were on their last leg. Rugs all felt stiff and grimy. Birds pooped down front window so there went our view. Hot water worked well in both bathrooms, and were stocked w body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Master bedroom faces other residents front door and gave a bright glow that made it hard to sleep and the blinds didn’t go all the way down so it was hard to sleep facing the window. Microwave didn’t work so there was one placed on counter that warmed the food in various places, leaving some parts cold. Also pull out bed in office (3rd room) was saggy leaving it unusable. So we ended up closing it and scrunching up on the couch. Blinds in this room didn’t go all the way down either. And faced the same way master bedroom does which made it hard to sleep. The host was kind when we couldn’t find the beach chairs and answered right away to help us find them. Parking is a challenge, very steep driveway that you have to back out of, at a curve. Over all very kind hosts, but this house needs a good renovation for the price listed. Superb location tho!
