Welcome to this sunny, beach residence! Oozing curb appeal, this unit is the main front house with gated entrance, complete with brick patio and lovely seating area to watch ever-changing sunsets.
As you enter the house, you'll notice the crisp, coastal vibe throughout. The open living/dining/kitchen space is ideal for gathering with luxury vinyl plank flooring. The dining table includes seating for 8 people and the adjacent living room has plentiful seating as well. The living room boasts an ambient fireplace and sunny bay windows, plus there is flat screen TV for your entertainment. The kitchen with breakfast bar seating is fully-equipped with all appliances, gas stove, and necessities one could need on vacation. All 3 bedrooms have great natural light and a cozy feel. The king bedroom features bay windows, mirrored closet doors, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and desk area. The other guest bedroom includes 2 queen beds with ceiling fan and flat screen TV and leads into the large, walk-in closet. The double bed room is dreamy with a charming door that leads to the backyard. The last sleeping space is the 1 queen sleeper sofa in the living room. • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
