About this house rental
This single story home wraps around a large fenced in back yard encompassing 1/3 of an acre of lush, mature landscaping with big windows and high vaulted ceilings. Neighbors on only two sides of the property make it super private. We bought this house because we love the location. It's close enough to walk to the beach yet far enough away to avoid all the the beach traffic and noise. The location makes it easy to get in and out of La Jolla. There is a little bit of road noise from La Jolla parkway. The house is located on Ardath road, which is a dead end road, not a busy street. The home is set back far enough from the road to create a privacy barrier and block most of the sound.

We had a wonderful time. I am familiar with the area which is why I chose the house. I said it needs attention for a few reasons. The outdoor carpet under the table is shredded and a hazard. Surprised it was left there. When I stripped my bed I saw that it didn’t have a mattress pad and the mattress was stained. I don’t want to go on or be too detailed I know from experience that rentals are hard to maintain. Hope this is taken as intended - feedback. The house has more positives than negatives. It just needs attention.
