About this house rental

Just a short walk to the beach and the "village of La Jolla", come and enjoy this sunny, bright, comfortably decorated, two-level home. Featuring three bedrooms, a rooftop deck and gorgeous sunset views that overlook the sparkling blue Pacific Ocean. Large private back patio is a great place to relax after a day at the beach or bar-b-que.

You'll love being located within walking distance of all the great restaurants, cafes, shops, and boutiques the quintessential village of La Jolla has to offer. Both the beaches and La Jolla's famous shops and restaurants are within a 3-4-block walk, so this is a great choice if you want a carless vacation. At the beaches, explore the wonders of tide pools, watch the local seals romp in the surf, and laze on the shore.

The well-equipped kitchen has an island with seating and a dine in table. The adjacent family room has a TV and doors leading out to the back courtyard patio with dining and lounging furniture. A cozy sitting room, dining room, and half bathroom complete the first level.

The upstairs primary suite has a king bed, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with marble floor and counters, a walk-in shower, and a Jacuzzi tub. A sunny second bedroom faces the front of the house with ocean views and a queen bed. The third guest room has a queen bed as well. The guest bathroom with a shower/tub and double vanity is down the hall across from a laundry closet with a full-size washer/dryer.

Great location to base your exploration of La Jolla from. Given location to El Pescador, felt justified in eating there 3x this visit! Comfortable space to spread out as a family and not feel on top of each other for the stay and again, this listing is all about the amazing walkable location!

The property was very comfortable for a small group. A good layout in terms of the bedrooms for privacy. A great location for walking to beaches, shops, restaurants, groceries, etc. I will say the television was a bit difficult to navigate but someone came out to assist us as soon as we got in touch with the hosts. It was wonderful to have the back patio to hang out on! All in all we had a great stay!

My family had a great experience at the house. Pictures are very actuate. House is very spacious. We had plenty of gathering options to spend time together as a family and still be able to retreat to separate spaces as needed. The location is Amazing!!! Walking distance to great restaurants and main areas of La Jolla, as well the ability to walk to beaches through a great neighborhood with plenty of beautiful houses to see. My only complaint, which did not even affect my 5 star review, is the quality of the bedding, pillows, and towels. We were only provided one small bath towel per person, which is not ideal for a long stay and we had to wash towels multiple times. Overall, amazing stay and the property manager was very responsive and willing to assist getting items left behind back! Much appreciated.
