This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.
Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. Beautiful home and clean, just as advertised. We had a wonderful time. Close to all the shops and restaurants in La Jolla but nice quiet neighborhood

We were in La Jolla for a wedding which was beautiful. The location of the house was great and was a 10 min walk to downtown. However, the pictures on the listing are out of date and show the house as more elegant than what it is. The large couch in the living room picture has been replaced with a large college couch. The outdoor chair cushions were very dirty and the floors were dirty, based upon the black on our feet. The space for sleeping arrangements were accurate, but no dressers in upstairs bedroom. Overall out of 1-10, I give the place a 7.
