Located in the heart of La Jolla Village next to the Museum of Contemporary Art, it is just a short walk to miles of beach, abundant fine dining, upscale shops, art galleries, museums, and spas.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath haven, in a coveted location, is the perfect getaway for a small family or two or three couples vacationing together.
An expansive great room welcomes you with a living room area that has a large comfortable sectional couch, a large flat screen TV for your enjoyment, and a ceiling fan to keep your comfortable day and night.
A well-furnished kitchen with granite counter tops has everything to meet your culinary needs including a kitchen dining nook for 2-4 with a peek ocean view. Add the food and the fun and enjoy the dining area for 6.
There are 3 bedrooms, two with king beds and the third with a queen bed. A shared full bath with a shower/tub combination is accompanied by a 2nd shared bath with a large walk-in shower. This home comfortably sleeps 6 in beds - and all bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.
This home also has WI-FI and cable. There is only street parking available at this unit.

Its location on the ocean with sweeping ocean views and lots of ways to enjoy some of the most beautiful beaches in the world - swim, surf, walk along the cliffs, enjoy the abundant animal life.
La Jolla Village is famous in its own right - and you are just a short stroll away from all it has to offer! So many good restaurants and fun shops to explore and enjoy.
It is comfortable and easy so you can spend most of your time enjoying La Jolla and the rich, varied, greater San Diego area with its many world-class attractions for your day’s adventures.
We manage six units in this complex if you need additional accommodations, please reach out for information.

There's plenty of street parking available, we give all of our guests a helpful map of the area that includes suggested places to park.
This unit is located in a complex with multiple units. All spaces within the complex, such as the BBQ, patios, and laundry areas are communal. The laundry requires an app to be downloaded and there is a charge to use the machines.
No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties.
Pack ’n plays can be rented as a convenience for our guests. The cost is $25 + tax per stay. Please note that bedding is not provided and guests should use the Pack ’n play at their own discretion. Please contact us to add a Pack 'n play to your reservation.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
Your pets are always welcome at our pet-friendly homes with a $150 + tax pet fee. Please contact us to add your pet to your reservation.
As a reminder, all pets must be kept on a leash and in the presence of their owner if they are outside an apartment unit.

Great location and space! We’d stay here again. Be sure to note that there is no laundry in the unit. I would think twice about that for next time. Otherwise, it was great!

The condo was located in an amazing area. The beach was steps away and the surrounding area is fantastic. You could walk to fantastic coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.

This location is incredible! Beach is just feet away, and the view is fantastic. Restaurants, shopping, activities and great views are all within walking distance. Well stocked kitchen, and the bedrooms and amenities were great.

The location was great, close walking distance to all the shops, food, and close to the beach. There is no air conditioning just a few fans which was ok, it was just always warm in the place. We had to find the internet box and plug it in ourselves which was a series of extension cords to plug it in, didnt seem like it was supposed to be there.
The place was a bit rundown especially for the area, but we spent more time exploring the town. It looked like it maybe was 2 condos that they cut out a wall and make one bigger space so the layout was kind of odd. Either way we had a good stay, for the price I would probably find a hotel or something more modern/ comfortable.
