Unwind at this beautiful 2-Story, 3 bedroom/3.5 bath, 2500 square foot home located in the heart of La Jolla Village. This home offers relaxing ocean views from a private rooftop deck, a patio, laundry, free 2 car garage parking, and a central location for you and your group.
Enjoy coastal and beach style living with everything just steps away. You can walk to beaches, restaurants, shops and much more when you stay with us in beautiful La Jolla!

■ QUIET HOURS are between 10 pm to 8 am. Out of respect to the neighbors, please limit outdoor noise and loud music.
■ Only heating is included in the default price as coastal temperatures are very mild (~65-75F) year round.
Ultimately, we hope you treat and relax in this home as if it were your own. Feel free to message us any concerns or questions you have -- we are happy to help!
==> LAYOUTAll areas are private to you and your party. There is another building next door, but no areas are shared.
COMMON AREAS (first floor):
■ Kitchen (basic kitchenware like plates, pans, utensils provided)
■ Breakfast nook
■ Living room with couch and TV
■ Sunroom with dining table
■ One (half) bathroom
■ Small backyard patio and furniture set (please move inside during quiet hours of ~10 pm to ~8 am)
In addition, two other rooms (dens) on the first floor have been set up with beds for your flexibility and convenience. Check out pictures labeled “den” and the "sleeping arrangements" section. Note: These rooms only have privacy curtains, not doors.
BEDROOMS (second floor):
■ Bedroom 1: queen bed, full bathroom ensuite
■ Bedroom 2: queen bed, full bathroom ensuite
■ Master bedroom: two queen beds, full bathroom ensuite (w/ tub)
ROOFTOP DECK (third floor)
■ Glimpse the ocean over the roofs of nearby restaurants and shops! See pictures!
■ Access not allowed during quiet hours (~10 pm to ~8 am)
