About this house rental
We have lovingly restored our stone barn to an exceptionally high standard, retaining original beams and using oak flooring, marble worktops, Fired Earth bathroom, quality bedding, under floor heating, wood burning stove and a Mercury cooker. The Barn is an annex, situated opposite our 18th century cottage. It's a very peaceful location with nice walks from Orlingbury to nearby villages. It's centrally located and close to the towns of Kettering, Northampton and Wellingborough.

This is a wonderful barn conversion located in a beautiful village. The property is very well equipped and presented to a very high standard. The owners met us on our arrival, were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Loved this converted barn, had everything we wanted and more, a pleasure to stay. Ian and Nicola were wonderful hosts, with a pub 5 minutes walk away we highly recommend this property.

The barn was beautifully restored and full of interesting features. Comfortable and fully equipped with everything you could need and extra generous touches. The hosts lived opposite and were frienldy and helpful.
