Clean, comfortable , excellent location and excellent hosting
We stayed at this apartment for three days and had a fantastic experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The bed was cosy, the living space was well-kept, and all amenities were in perfect working order. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host went the extra mile by leaving snacks for us, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel very welcomed. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops and transport links, making our stay smooth and stress-free. Communication with the host was excellent—friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful throughout the stay. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free place to stay. We would be happy to return in the future!

Perfect basecamp
The flat was immaculate and clean throughout, with a really nice contemporary styling. There was thoughtful additions to make the visit easier such as a shoe tray for dirty boots, hanging hooks for coats etc. Information booklet was well laid out and helpful. The parking outside was plentiful and although we didn't visit at the right time of year to make use of it, I can imagine the front veranda being a lovely socialising/relaxing spot for the warmer summer nights. Communications from the host were proactive and thorough throughout. I would definitely recommend Butterful House and would happily stay here again.
The only thing I could suggest would be a second toilet, but appreciate this isn't easy to accommodate (if at all) and it certainly didn't cause us any major problems, but I can imagine it being a bit more of a constraint for families with young children etc. I would recommend adding a small side table in the living room for tea/coffee cups when sitting on the sofa watching TV too, to negate people placing them on the sofa arms.

A perfect home in the perfect location for a relaxing and fun family holiday. We’d absolutely stay again!
We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was modern, clean, and very spacious especially the lounge area which had comfortable couches and a great TV with internet access. The kitchen was sleek and fully equipped, and the bathroom with its bath and shower combo was spot-on, always with hot water and no issues at all. The bedrooms were modern and comfortable, and the whole place felt welcoming and homely. The backyard was large and perfect for the kids to run around, and the parking space easily fit two cars which made things very convenient. The landlady was lovely, very helpful and accommodating whenever we had any questions. The area itself was fantastic everything we needed was easy to get to, and there was a beautiful, massive park just down the road with loads for the kids to do. We honestly have no negative comments, everything was just right.
