We enjoyed our stay but it would have been better with attention to the above comments.

The property was clean and tidy and access with the key code worked well. There was good communication with the hosts throughout the process.

On arrival there was an opened and half used milk carton in the fridge and also loose biscuits in the biscuit tin some of which were broken. The shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom which may well lead to some problems if left unattended. The WIFI code was incorrect in the property and only possible to find by looking for the router. There was no washing up bowl or universal plug for the kitchen sink which meant we had to adapt to wash up etc.. These are all minor problems which if put right would make this an excellent property and good value.

location to the conference centre was excellent, owner is contactable for any reasons needed and very friendly, this is my second stay at this property

Nice house, great kitchen, uncomfortable mattresses, lumpy pillows, no Wi-Fi, no heating controls

Quick and easy check in. Very well-equipped kitchen. Lots of lovely touches - tea, coffee, sugar, salt, butter, jam, milk. Nicely furnished house. Slippers provided to ensure no shoes upstairs. Allocated parking space. Good location. Very quick responses from agent.

The Wi-Fi did not work during my 4 night stay, despite calls back and forth to try and get it sorted including the agent contacting the service provider. This also meant the tv was limited to standard channels only - no Freeview etc. The mattresses on the beds were uncomfortable with the springs coming through. The pillows were all lumpy. The toilet in the bathroom was so stained I bought bleach to clean it. There are no controls for the heating in the house. The radiators went off at 7pm - I arrived back from work at 6.30pm - so I was cold all evening. It was warm in the morning.

unclean, cooler not working. dirty pms in oven. dirty garden furniture. lumpy single beds. hair in bath plug hole. mould in bathroom. no hairdryer or welcome pack. sofa bed broken. dining chair broken.

Neglected and not as clean as you would like

Well stocked kitchen (equipment).

Walls, floors and furniture are tired. Beds lumpy and first in line for replacement. Standards of cleaning, particularly in the bathroom not what you would expect in a “COVID-safe” world.

Excellent and clean property- dont hesitate in booking this!

Very pleased with this homely property. Clean and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom is basic but absolutely fine and in fact the shower works really well. Felt it offered very good value for money. Would happily book this again. Used it as a base for visiting Rushdon Lakes and family. Great property.

If I found any fault it would just be the garden could do with tidying up but didn't book it to look at the garden so not really bothered by this!!
