The mattress was a bit uncomfortable/lumpy

Spacious.
It was cold and the windows were wide open on a cold day. The mattresses were rather old and uncomfortable. It was hard to find a map indicating the property would have made a lot of difference.

Very clean
Not easy to find. No hot water on arrival. Contacted owner to explain how to turn hot water on via the boiler but took a few hours to come on. We had to go out for the evening without showering. Not ideal after a long drive on a hot day. Also the mattress was really uncomfortable.
