Great apartment in fantastic location, excellent.

Great Apartment, very spacious living area, good shower and bathroom, very well located, handy for all local amenities.

Only criticism is that there was no welcome pack with some tea, coffee, sugar etc. and the issues with parking locally. A parking permit would have been good to park on the street in the daytime. Otherwise no complaints.

The kitchen worktop..🤣Quite obviously the design but the white marks in the worktop created havoc with my ocd😜

A little hidden gem - a real home from home!

Location was great. All Amenities were within close proximity. A smart, well equipped property which has been tastefully renovated. Communication/Instructions from the host were excellent with any queries/issues promptly addressed. Thank you very much, we will be back!

Great accommodation perfectly situated in the heart of Lytham

Location perfect for shops, restaurants & cafes. Played Padel at Lowther Gardens approximately 10 mins walk away. Property lovely & clean and ample room for the 4 adults in our group.

Really homely with a great kitchen, comfy beds, excellent shower and super communication from the owner.

No dedicated parking but that can’t be helped and plenty of options nearby.

We had a fabulous stay in this wonderful property.

Fab location. Deli next door was amazing for lunches.Great location close to the sea front, restaurants and some lovely shops. Car parking close by was cheap and convenient.

One minor thing, there is no freezer or even freezer compartment in the fridge. There is an ice maker but you can’t freeze your ice packs for picnic lunches.

Owners/managers were quite inefficient and rude. I didn’t get any instructions. Arrived and when no one was in, I called and got quite a rude reply until they realised they never gave me the code.

I know lytham well having spent 15 years visiting. Pippin lodge would be in my top five places .

Maybe just a small gesture could of been offered as it was my 60th birthday and we picked pippin lodge of all the available properties. The apartment was clean and modern but evidence of not a thorough clean, ie dust under sofa and beds. The damage deposit is excessive in my opinion. Overall we had a nice time.

Lovely mini break in Lytham

Great location just off the main shopping street and only 5 minute walk to the front. Definitely recommend and also a lovely Thai restaurant over the road.

Absolutely beautiful apartment we stayed for 3 nights for the Lytham festival, was only a 5 minute walk to venue. Great location close to all amenities. Plenty of restaurants bars and shops nearby. 1 minute walk to bus stop will take you into st Annes and also Blackpool.

Could not fault anything with accommodation, wished we were staying for a few more nights.

Pippin Lodge is beautifully presented to a very high standard. Excellent use of space & extremely deceiving from the outside. Comfortable beds & spacious lounge/dining area. Absolutely perfect location for exploring Lytham! I'll certainly use again. 😊

Comfortable and in a lovely place both convenient for the town or travelling into Blackpool,

Location was great, right near the town centre and only one block from the front and sea. The lodge was bigger than what we thought and although a little expensive we are satisfied we got what we paid for, a lovely place.

I could not fault the place or the owners in how they did business, a joyful experience.

Excellent apartment in a great part of the country.

Beautiful apartment;spotlessly clean! In a great place to walk to promenade, shops, cafes and restaurants of which there were many. We arrived on Saturday and it was a bit difficult trying to find the place but we made a phone call and were given brilliant instructions, thankyou. It was freezing weather but the apartment heating is superb and the gas log burner made the apartment very cozy and comfortable. Plenty of supermarkets close by and the Rotisserie chicken shop next door ( no you cannot smell it in the apartment) is amazingly good for a quick meal. We loved Lytham St Annes, everyone very friendly and really enjoyed our stay, would definitely like to go back.

Tiny criticism is that the double mattress was not as comfortable as it could have been for the standard of the accomodation.

"Stairs" only because my friend and mum struggled with them but i would bring my hubby next time .
