Fabulous large modern apartment in a great central location. Cafes, bars and shops on the doorstep. Spotlessly clean. Great kitchen facilities which included an ice maker! Very comfy accommodation. Everyone slept well. We were a group of 6 ladies and will definitely be returning. Couldn't find any faults.

Location good.
Rather noisy outside when people leaving town centre after drinking but this would have happened anywhere centrally located.

The location was fantastic, right in the centre of Lytham close to all shops and restaurants. The accommodation was stylishly furnished, spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Bookings.com
Owners/managers were quite inefficient and rude. I didn’t get any instructions. Arrived and when no one was in, I called and got quite a rude reply until they realised they never gave me the code.
