Really enjoyed our stay in Lytham and Stable cottage was a wonderful place to stay.

We have stayed here a few times and the fact that we keep returning speaks volumes of what we think of the property and the host!

There was a problem with the patio door, but the host was very helpful and dealt with it promptly.

Couldn’t ask for more.

Super cosy and comfortable. Exactly as described and in the pictures. Cheryl was so helpful and responsive too. The courtyard garden was perfect to sit out in. The location really is fabulous. So close to all the restaurants and shops of Lytham high street. Highly recommend.

Beautiful cottage.

The cottage was very well maintained with a well equipped kitchen,clean,fresh bedlinen which smelt lovely.we were very comfortable on our stay,Lytham is a lovely place to visit,the location of the cottage couldnt be better.

Centrally located cottage nearto all Lytham has to offer

Location was ideal for our needs - 2 minute walk to the high street which has an excellent selection of shops bars and restaurants. More importantly it was only a 5 minute walk to the promenade and beach which my dogs loved. The cottage itself had very comfortable couch and chairs that had a rustic feel in keeping with the rest of the living are. The kitchen was amazing and so bright. Loved having my breakfast in there looking out onto a small courtyard style garden.

Maybe a frosted glass panel in the downstairs utility room and toilet although no real problem as there was a Roman blind.

Gorgeous house, beautifully decorated and maintained in an amazing location

We loved everything. This delightful house is fresh, clean, lots of attention to detail everywhere you look and a pleasure to stay in. The location is amazing - right next to the shops and sea front but so quiet. The courtyard is cute too and we had glorious weather so we enjoyed sitting there in the mornings.

Restful stay at Lytham

My daughter and I stayed for two nights at the cottage, we had a restful and comfortable break noticed lots of useful facilities for a family and it has beautiful decor. The cottage is just round the corner from the main street but still nice and quiet. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Be aware there is no parking available but a small Council car park faces onto the front of the cottage. It is free from 6pm to 9am but paid during the day, however if youre going out exploring its not a big problem. Payment by card/cash not App!

Relaxing short break in Lytham

The location of the property is excellent with regard to proximity to Lytham centre and prom. Plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops (including supermarkets)within walking distance. Dog friendly cottage and very dog friendly area, most shops welcome them too. We were return visitors to The Stables. Communication with Cheryl, the owner, was excellent prior to and during our stay.

I found the low tog 4.5 duvets too thin for an early spring break. It got a little chilly overnight which could have been remedied by leaving the heating on higher but I don’t like heating areas that aren’t being used. The shower was a problem in that it didn’t stay hot. Ran cold after a minute or so.I did let the owner know as it’s a basic requisite to be able to shower. Despite trying the hints and tips given to rectify it, sadly it was still an issue.

Fantastic family break- ideal location & bags of space for all the family to relax in real comfort

Lovely property in an excellent location. It was extremely comfortable, spacious and very high quality throughout. The location could not be better, just a couple of minutes onto the high street but it was also very quiet. Had everything we needed and was a really lovely space to relax in.

The positives for this property far outweigh the negatives, this is a lovely little cottage.

The property has been renovated sympathetically, and had a lovely old-world charm but with modern facilities. It was very clean and very well equipped, and the courtyard garden to the rear was very pleasant to sit in.

There was no teapot or shower gel provided. Our daughter found the single bed rather uncomfortable. The bathroom door was difficult to open and close. No off-road parking, and the car park was expensive during the day (free from 6pm to 9am following day).

Enjoyable stay at Stable Cottage

Stable Cottage, was a good choice for my husband and I, everything we needed was there, location is so central, five minutes from the station, any queries were dealt with quickly by Cheryl, all went very well, even sunny weather, we will certainly use the cottage again on our next visit to Lytham, would highly recommend.

The cottage was beautiful and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook a meal, felt very much at home for the time we spent there, would definitely book it again.
