Alberto was very nice! The linens and towels were all very clean.
It was fine for one night but the listing is misleading which is disappointing. One of the reasons we booked it is because of an airport shuttle- there was none. Another reason was the big terrace in half the pictures- all doors had metal gates on all doors/windows that couldn’t be opened. The shower was very small with a clogged drain. Lastly, it was hard to find through Google Maps and the area at night was a bit shady which had my kids nervous.

Location to shopping, train station and airport was great. The actual apartment was a cute 2 bedroom with 2 full baths and a pullout sofa bed. It had just the right amount of household items needed for our 1 night, 7 people group accommodation. There is a huge shopping mall a couple of blocks down and the train station is right in front of the shopping center too. Very accesible.9
The A/C in the living room/sofa bed room did not seem to want to cool. It was extremely hot when we visited and the apartment is on the 7th floor. So maybe updating the A/C would help to make the stay a little more comfortable. The elevator is a small one, but works fast.

Super friendly and responsive staff, greatly appreciated. Apartment was very spacious and the neighborhood was very convenient with many amenities.
Apartment was sparse, had we been staying more than one night it would have been hard to sit down/spend much time in the apartment. Balcony furniture was partially broken, shower drain was slow, and one of the toilets was running. More detailed arrival instructions would have been helpful, the neighborhood is very nice but partially gated and confusing to navigate upon arrival.
