Good location to the airport, and walking distance (400m) to bus and train. Also close to a large shopping centre. The apartment was roomy, clean and easy to access.
The included breakfast was a little underwhelming. Basically a snack.

La pulizia era eccellente dell'appartamento interno. La posizione ottima, per la fiera è comodissimo, ben organizzato. I letti erano comodissimi! Soffici come uno si immagina la consistenza delle nuvole!
Soltanto sul balcone c'era un po' di sporcizia ma comunque essendo un balcone sempre aperto al 7 piano ci sta, poi noi lo abbiamo usato poco quindi non è stato un problema.

Very good communication with the owner. Before, during and after our stay.
Location is great for being close both to the airport & the train (although the way from the airport to the train and then to the apartment was tough at night with the luggage. Practically it’s more doable in a taxi)
Train to the city from there is very easy.
The walls with the next apartment are made of paper.
You can hear the neighbors talking and yelling. You hear everything they’re saying very clearly. It felt like they were leaving in my bedroom. Yelling until midnight. And then came again to visit at 6 am.
The house’s cleanness was ok, but with some dust shoved in to the corners.

The second bedroom mattress was good.
Good communication from owner regarding entry. Very helpful.
In the main bedroom the mattress was very hard.
Packed breakfast only.
Quite noisy.
