Perfect stay near to the airport for a flight the next morning (tip - if you get the airport bus from central Rome go one stop past the airport).
Very clean, spacious, had everything we needed.
Walking distance to many bars and restaurants along the river (the meal I had here was the best of our whole trip!)
While we appreciated the breakfast bits left in the apartment we actually walked to the nearby shops and bought breakfast pastries, coffee and sandwiches for our flight.
The lovely lady who runs the apartment was very friendly and helpful.

It was clean. The host actually greeted us IN PERSON as we were unpacking. Her onsite presence was a great asset!

Modern, double locked entryway
Extremely noisy, could hear people in the next unit partying/screaming until 2AM.
Streets/neighborhood did not feel safe… our rental car window was broken into while we ate dinner 3-4 blocks away.
