Perfect near-airport stay

Perfect stay near to the airport for a flight the next morning (tip - if you get the airport bus from central Rome go one stop past the airport). Very clean, spacious, had everything we needed. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants along the river (the meal I had here was the best of our whole trip!) While we appreciated the breakfast bits left in the apartment we actually walked to the nearby shops and bought breakfast pastries, coffee and sandwiches for our flight. The lovely lady who runs the apartment was very friendly and helpful.

Very disappointing.

The Host was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. the accommodation was near restaurants.

The property was described as new and modern. However, it very much needs refurbishment and felt dingy. The walls all need repainting. All the stainless steel in eg bath taps kitchen sink kettle was stained. Everything felt sticky. the property didn't begin to sparkle with cleanliness. There was a disgusting hair in the fridge, which smelt slightly. The washing machine was on the balcony and looked old and rusty. The light was very poor in the living room and one light didn't work. The light in one bedroom flickered. The clock hadn't been changed since the change of the hour more than a week previously.The property didn't live up to the description.

Extremely noisy, could hear people in the next unit partying/screaming until 2AM. Streets/neighborhood did not feel safe… our rental car window was broken into while we ate dinner 3-4 blocks away.

A very nice day

Rosa’s place is very very clean which is always a big PLUS with us. She responded to questions ahead of our visit ina very timely manner. The beds are super comfortable, so I had great nights’ sleep. The fact that Rosa went to the trouble to provide many gluten-free items was a real delight. She is a very nice lady.

The apartment is very nice - we love the separate kitchen/living area and the patio. It was great that we could close off the area to the bedrooms to let the kids sleep in.

There is nothing not to like. Having instructions on how to use the microwave (is it also an oven?) would have been helpful.

Wonderful Stay near the Airport

Excellent accommodation close to the airport. The host was wonderful and made the process from booking to check in and even after seamless. The check in was super easy thanks to the clear and detailed instructions. The kitchens were well stocked. We reached late in the night and needed some essentials. The host promptly tended to our request and went the extra mile to help us. They even arranged for an early morning taxi to the airport for us. It was an awesome experience and I definitely recommend the place to anyone looking to stay in that area.

Very comfortable for our group of 9.

Maura was extremely responsive and also let us check in earlier than we had expected. The place was clean and cozy with a close proximity to the airport. We loved that she had complimentary snacks and *WATER* along with juices, a selection of teas and coffee. Made our stay much easier rather than us trying to find a supermarket to buy from. Tons of restaurants within walking distance as well. Thanks for having us!

Perfect place to stay the night before you fly or when you arrive at the airport and need to sleep

Although we did not use any of the breakfast items, except some milk, it was very nice to have them available. It was also nice that Maura was on hand to greet us and to tell us where the restaurants are. Maura arranged a cab to the airport for the next morning, which was also helpful. Finally, this apartment is very convenient to the airport, which is great for an early international flight. The apartment has two very large badrooms, each with large, comvirtable beds and lots of pillows. The bathroom is nice with a good shower, and lots of hot water and towels.

Nice apartment inside but average neighborhood.

The apartment itself is wonderful but the location is less than ideal. There is only street parking. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Place is 10 minutes from airport with no traffic. Host was very responsive and lived near by to help with questions and concerns.

Breakfast is only a box of corn flakes and some grocery bought muffins and croissants. There is only street parking and neighborhood is average.

It was a nice sized little 2 bedroom apt. with everything my friend & I needed to be comfortable on our stay. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend it if you need to stay in Fiumicino.

I wished there was a little more counter space or space to put things in the bathroom for getting ready.

Lovely place to stay close to the airport in an area that offers easy access to Rome center.

Everything about Rosa's House was wonderful. The apartment itself was beautiful--newly renovated, spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped with kitchen necessities and located ON THE GROUND FLOOR!!!!! Maura, the property manager was not only informative, helpful, cooperative, and responsive; she is absolutely delightful! The location is great for those wanting to stay in the proximity of the airport. The center of town with many eating establishments and several very nice shops is within walking distance. Maura told us about a new transportation service available nearby which will take you into Rome center for a very reasonable fare (I believe it was 12 euros round trip). In all, we could not have been more satisfied with our stay in Rosa's House. Of the 5 apartments we booked through Booking.com for our 15 days in Italy, Rosa's House was by far the best!!!

Location and comfort

The location was excellent. It was a short cab ride to the airport. Within a 10 minute walk we’re excellent restaurants on a street facing a harbor filled with some interesting ships. The hostess was warm, welcoming and friendly. She recommended an amazing restaurant, Follis. It was quiet, exceptionally clean, comfortable. It was a fantastic find.

Maura was excellent and met us at the door. We were even allowed to checkin a bit earlier which was really nice. The beds were extremely comfortable and the unit is nicely air conditioned. Bathroom was beautiful. Also the kitchen and living area had everything you would need. Maura even arranged taxi's for us for our trip to the airport the next morning and offered dinner recommendations. She is an excellent host :)

Host met us when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with all that we needed for breakfast the next day and then some, which was a lovely surprise. The apartment was clean and modern. It was within walking distance of the seaside and local restaurants serving fresh fish.

Parking was on the street and the neighborhood is a bit worn.
