Perfect both for couples and families with children, the holiday apartment Ostia Lido is located on the fourth floor – with elevator- of a palace of the second half of the 20th century.
The apartment, recently refurbished, is 85 square meters, with two bedrooms: one of 20 square meters and another of 25 square meters. There is a living room provided, as well as a kitchenette and one bathroom.
The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160X200), a comfortable sofa bed in French style (140X200) and an LED TV. The second bedroom has two single beds, two comfortable sofas which become two double beds (160X200) if necessary and one LED TV.
The kitchenette is furnished with an electric oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes and pots, while the bathroom has a shower, WC, bidet, sink, hair dryer and washing machine.
The apartment comes with air-conditioning as well as a heat pump for the winter (also in the living room). In addition, it offers high-speed WiFi internet and central heating.
