not every room has A/C

The villa is really nice as it has several spacious rooms and the garden side is appropriate to make bbq and sun bathing. It is also a quiet area for those who wants to rest.

For the price paid, I was surprised that little equipement like toilet paper and dishwashing products were not available (or in an extremely low availability) ; it's in total contrast with the quality level of the villa. Depening on the people, they might find the area kind of isolated. It's definitly a beautiful and well kept residential area (Quinta do Lago), but maybe it lackes of services in the near surroudings - evreything needs to be done by car.

Not a great deal

it had several cranes around it, workmen all day, the kitchen was scruffy, the place was tired. I had to call to get the pool cleaned it was rough, my daughter got an ear infection. The games room flooded as the drains were blocked, need I go on the list is endless. Shocking disregard for the people renting the property the noise was horrendous. totally mis sold will be making an official complaint.
