Apartamentos Carteia

There are 2 buildings to Apartamento Carteia, I stayed in the Perolo do Atlantico building. I arrived late at night but I had been sent detailed instructions how to get my key and how to get to my apartment. The apartment was well equipped, clean and perfect for what I required. Location is brilliant, right at the beach and only a 5 min walk to a great supermarket that has a lovely fresh bakery section. I was able to borrow a hairdryer from reception. The lady in reception was so helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Only minor downside is the pool in the Perolo de Atlantico building did not get sun in the morning, but this is no fault of Apartamento Carteia. The pool in the other building did get the sun early so I just used the pool over there.

The location is very good, the view too. The kitchen was very functional.

I had to go back to the reception to get a hair dryer. We suggered with mosquitoes both nights (and other before us suffered too, as we saw their "corpses" still on the bathroom ceiling...). It would be worth having an anti-mosquito electric diffuser.

Location is ideal, close enough to restaurants and bars but away from noise. Right on the beautiful ⛱️ beach. The apartment was modern and spotlessly clean and beds very comfortable. The kitchen/dinning area had more than enough essential accessories to prepare, cook and eat at home if wanting too. The washing machine was very handy. Great balcony. The bathrooms and showers were flawless. We would book again if returning to Quateria

Unfortunately the pool area needs some TLC. Sun beds were cracked and the pool looked like it was over due cleaning.

Great location

Room was dated, hadn't been cleaned properly with black hairs in the bath, washbasin and kitchen bench , Cracked floor and wall tiles , old furniture,
