Perfect location with parking

Perfect location. Warm and clean flat in a lovely old building with lots of light and a parking space - rare in this part of Norwich. Good value.

A very restful stay

Once we checked in via link the door codes were both sent by email & text, so easy & no need to get to the flat by a certain time to meet someone, handy when you travel by train. The flat was lovely clean and having some coffee, tea, milk & sugar was a very welcoming touch. The area is our favourite when visiting Norwich as it has a village feel with a park not far away & only a short walk to the centre.

The windows do need a bit of a look at as one in the sitting room didn't open at all and the other one was very difficult & we did need to have some air in as it did get quite warm in the lovely sunshine.

We primarily booked for the location and all we needed was provided.

Great location and good value for money

Communal areas could have done with a vacuum, lots of marked walls and paintwork and vinyl floor in main room was split. Only one bedside light and it broke and bit tricky ducking slopping roof to get into bed. Bit confused by bins. We assumed that the green lid denoted recycling, but the red lid bin didn't have a liner for food waste, whereas the green lid bin did.

Worth the short stay for location - city 10 min walk.

Spacious, comfy beds, great location, parking space.

No mattress protection on single beds, bedroom 1 window wouldn’t open, cobwebs, dirty blinds, basic furnishings, no instruction to access parking (deduction required!), stained coffee mugs, no door shelf for milk so it leaked.

Easy and simple check in. Spacious living area.

Entrance to the building at the rear is not desirable, it smelt very bad throughout the building and the communal corridors were dark and dingy. Not enough cups/mugs for 4 people staying. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner for the price.

Good location for transport.

Cleanliness. Bed sheets and pillowcases had stain and hair on them. Shower was dirty. Poor maintenance and quality all over. Cooking utensils and pans very used up and dirty. Oven tray rusty. On the main road so noisy... Even at night

The location was great within walking distance of city centre and booked because of that and the parking.

The apartment is much needing tlc and decorating and could have been cleaner. The crockery needs renewed as chipped and that and the cutlery should be checked for cleanliness prior to guest arrival. The bath and tiles require attention and resealing.

The hob in the kitchen didn’t work very well, it took an hour to cook bacon. the extra fan needs replacing or cleaning as the kitchen stank of cooking oil.

Excellent base for a 6 night stay over Christmas seeing family.

Location, facilities.

We booked for 4 adults. 4 beds made up but only 2 sets of towels, 2 mugs and 3 cereal bowls. Phoned management company next morning - spoke to a very helpful lady. Towels, mugs and bowls were delivered within 2 hours. Excellent service but shouldn't have had to ask.

Black mould in the shower, freezer was disgusting,toilet wasn’t cleaned, cupboard doors hanging off,bed falling apart floor sticky and not cleaned,fridge didn’t work our milk went sour,the whole apartment is dated and unclean. would not recommend staying here.

Dirty, dilapidated, disappointing

Clean bedding and towels (but only what would have expected) Appreciated the room fan.

Heart sank on arrival, the entrances were unkempt and unwelcoming. The carpets were dirty and stained. The paintwork, walls and woodwork, were cracked, flaking, scuffed and dirty; the whole place needs a repaint. The blinds were dirty and greasy. Curtain poles hanging off the walls and curtains thin and dirty. Bathroom tiles mouldy. Twin room no bedside table or lamp as shown in the photo. Sitting room furniture battered and stained. The kitchen was tiny with basic equipment. No welcome pack. The oven was dirty & none of the 4 hobs could rise to the challenge of cooking pasta with kettle boiled water. Cups in cupboard were dirty.

This apartment needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom. The photos on booking.com are extremely misleading!!!!

Property was in a good location.

This property was tiny , the pictures make it look spacious it certainly is not that !! All areas of this property are tired , mould in the bathroom, dirty kitchen . Dusty dirty skirting boards bubbled vinyl flooring not reaching the skirting boards . The sofa was so marked and stained we didn’t even sit on it !!!!

Super location, great apartment

Layout of apartment was great Plenty of hot water 👏🏻 Great location to city centre, and easy access to bus routes. Double bed was very comfy, room spacious. Heating very easy to control Definitely a bonus having a parking space at the back (bay number needs making clearer thou) Overall ideal for a city weekend visit with friends

The stairs!! 😁 The handwritten hob dial numbers/letters were really hard to read, making it very difficult to use. The grill thermostat didn't appear to be working; the light was on in the oven but the element didn't heat up. Single beds were a little uncomfortable and the duvets too small.

Lovely flat in an excellent location - ideal with plenty of really good local amenities and just a short stroll to Norwich city centre highlights. Parking for car was invaluable. Beds, furnishings and facilities perfectly fine

Pleasant stay at Norwich

A spacious apartment located near to pubs, restaurants and grocery stores. Bus stops on the same block. It’s a short walk to the city centre, and a medium walk or shot bus ride to UEA. The kitchen is well-equipped. Staff is very helpful.

The wifi was very slow sometimes. The room was not very clean when we got it. Some of the kitchen equipment is old and worn.

Superb

This place is really good. The city ctr is an easy 10mins walk away. Just across the road, have many restaurants & cafes. Grocery shops just around the corner. The only thing is that it gets a bit noisy in the evening especially on weekend. The facilities in the place is very well equipped. Even have a washing machine.

Pleasant

Spotlights Iron and door hook were replaced immediately, extractor fan door lock and window catch will be done in due course.

No parking for flat 3, arrived on Sunday so no problem unloading luggage in restricted area, no parking spaces available when leaving on Wednesday. Also had to report 3 Spotlights needed replacing, Iron was not working, shower extractor fan does not work, shower room does not lock, window catch (main room) is not secure, hook on inside of shower room door was broken.

Property was not as clean as I would hope for. Drawers in kitchen had crumbs in; skirting boards were filthy. Beds and bathroom were clean. Definitely needs fresh paint as loads of markings everywhere. No tea, sugar or even instant coffee available. Only one tea towel! I feel that for the price we paid, the details should have been there.

Appartement pratique et bien situé

L'appartement est très agréable et plutôt bien situé à Norwich. (à 900m à pied du centre de Norwich). Il est très bien disposé et permet un confort pour 3 à 4 personnes (2 chambres) et une pièce à vivre très spacieuse (coin TV et table et chaises pour prendre les repas).

Cela ne nous a pas gêné car tout fonctionnait mais certains matériels (nécessaire de cuisine, électro-ménager, ventilateur) n'étaient plus de première jeunesse. Le pied du ventilateur était cassé mais il fonctionnait.

L’appartement que nous avons eu ne correspond en rien à la photo ci-dessus. Nous avons eu Une seule pièce et un coin pour dormir avec un lit qui prend toute la place, impossible d’en faire le tour. Ustensiles de cuisine limites, très peu de couverts, juste 2 chaises
