Mill Hill Road is in a residential area very close to centre of the city.
The flat is in a great location, just 10 minutes from town on foot with excellent public transport links to city, University, bus and rail stations.
The area is a mix of family, young family and student accommodation making for a vibrant atmosphere with great shops, restaurants, bars parks and family amenities.
The flat has a main bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite toilet and shower. The back bedroom is small with a mezzanine single bed and work desk.
Kitchen is well equipped with basic ingredients for self catering which connects to a sitting room/diner.
Access to the deck and garden which is not used during your stay, apart from maintenance.
Perfect for a couple with additional bedding for children and pets. Will take up to 4 people at a push but the facilities are en suite in the main bedroom so you need to be pretty friendly.
The place is residential so due consideration for neighbours in terms of noise and smoking is appreciated.
Parking is on street permits are available.
