Very minor detail. The parking space was a bit tight when another suv was parked in the soace next to it. Hedges could do with trimming back to free up a bit of space

Pleasant stay but improvements needed for higher rating.

Spacious,especially lounge, warm, comfortable. Plenty of parking, quiet. Easy access to Norwich. Reasonable price . Would stay again if some changes made. Has potential to be more attractive with improved facilities.

Access to house very awkward re doors opening into each other so very difficult with luggage. Outer door needs to be rehung to open outwards. Communal hall grubby, stair carpet filthy. Not welcoming. Be aware if you have mobility issues (we don't). Flat on 2nd floor. Stairs narrow and awkward, especially towards the top. Flat itself clean. Furnishings literally shades of grey. Really needs some colour - bright cushions, bright bedding, pictures. Lid to kitchen bin won't stay closed - unpleasant and unhygienic. Cutlery vey cheap quality with bent knives, don't cut. Needs replacing. Inadequate supply plates, bowls, mugs. Shelf in fridge door missing, so nowhere to safely store opened milk cartons etc. Small shower cubicle, poor water pressure. All these issues could easily be addressed and really improve the guests' experience.

A very convenient flat which was clean, warm,with good parking and a quiet area . Access to the city

The property is at the top of the house. There was no hint of this for older people or someone with a disability.

tidy, nice kitchen/living area. beds comfortable. very spacious.

when we arrived it didn’t appeared to have been cleaned properly. there were marks on the doors, bits and hairs on the toilet, sink and floor. there were still beers in the fridge.

location, was close to bus stop, and in our case our children live nearby; well equipped and great big HI-quality TV

no bedside lamps ; main bed too close to wall , it’s a struggle to walk around; would suggest adding some ‘colour’ ( paintings : flowers ) the black decor is a bit stark

The apartment is lovely, well-located and furnished. It is right at the top of the house. It is served by bus route 25 a few minutes' walk away. Plenty of parking if you come by car. There is a small supermarket very near.

We arrived in a heatwave and although these were unusual conditions, I feel it was unreasonable of the host not to have provided fans. This would be a hot apartment on averagely warm days as it is at the top of the house, and fans should be set up for the summer season, not just for heatwaves. A small detail: some decent hangers for the wardrobe are needed, we had clothes to hang up and the hangers were very flimsy. Bedside lamps also needed.

Great location. Host was good at communicating and we got in and out without a glitch. Very clean and nice spaces.

Perfect for an extended weekend away. Had everything we needed and was very comfy!

The only thing we picked up on was that there could have been blinds in the living room. When trying to watch TV, even though we turned the brightness up on the TV, we found it difficult to see the Tele - minor issue, wouldn’t stop us from visiting again.

Good location, easy to find. Decent size with good facilities. Comfy beds and generally clean. Quiet area.

Strong odour from bathroom - leak behind toilet perhaps? Strong smell of smoke in larger bedroom. No blinds in some rooms. Kettle needed cleaning - a lot of limescale (probably due to hard water)

A lovely, modern top floor flat in a convenient location and plenty of parking

Clean, modern and spacious. Easy walking distance to both UEA and town centre. TVs (one in every room!) had lots of channels. All the amenities needed for a short stay. Tea, coffee, small containers of milk, along with many other things such as kitchen roll, sponges, some bath gel etc were provided. Provided enough kitchenware for cooking basic meals. Bathroom very clean.

Bit more attention needed to cleanliness in kitchen but otherwise all great!

Absolutely lovely.

Everything! There was milk in the fridge and useful utensils. The sofa was very comfortable & it was a lovely quiet location to have a good night’s sleep.

Extremely clean, beds were very comfortable, living room chairs very comfortable, good location, 25 min walk to city centre, good parking , good kitchen facilities . We really enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend

Overall it was great, these are very small points: I found the temperature control on the shower a bit tricky (but there is also the option if a nice bath so not really a probkem) Ideally would have liked bedside lights Ideally could have done with another radiator in the living room. It's a large room, and to get it warm enough in cold weather we had to turn the thermostat very high, a 2nd radiator in there would be more efficient. Ideally a blind or curtain over the living room window would make the room feel more private and cosy

Delighted to have stayed and will probably book again when we need to stay in Norwich

Convenient halfway location easy to go into Norwich by car and to get out of town too. Comfortable beds and sofa, well equipped kitchen, excellent to find some fresh milk in the fridge, easy parking.

Top floor was a bit of climb but knew that before we booked. Tiny quibbles were the lack of beside lights and lounge lighting - being either full brightness of overhead lights or the small table lamp which left it a bit dark to eat at the dining table. The bathroom was clean and newly tiled but to avoid problems later the owners should check all grouting is complete so water does not cause damp - see above the washbasin.
