The layout was great for 2 couples. Excellent location. Great kitchen and living room space.
We were turned off by the 'overly bureaucratic' check in process. Felt very laborious with having to send same info multiple times. Lighting in living room was poor - 2 lamps did not work, one is a fire hazard (loose connection in wire)

Location was superb. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious.
There were no basic condiments in the kitchen.

Location was ideal in the centre of town.
Location hard to find. Never told there about ramp for luggage. No air conditioning. Beds were hard, not enough toilet paper, floors dirty, lift was not working properly. Had to take luggage down stairs. No communication from FLH after check out about lift not coming to our floor.
