Youthhostel comfort for the price of a hotel room

It was clean , the staff was friendly and communicated well and breakfast was ok

We paid the actual price of an hotel room but got the quality of a youth hostel. I mean the was not even towels in the bathroom!

it was all super, since i had a very stressful work assignment in German (not my mother tongue!) and lost my voice which made the whole work experience stressful, so having good clean and quiet accommodation, with a nice view, close to my work, was really great, and such friendly helpful staff too (despite me having no voice!!).

perhaps a cup in the bathroom for brushing teeth; and yes, for work guests, nice to know one could make a coffee or tea downstairs or so.

Basic comfort stay, reasonable for this price

The room was nice, 3 persons would be able to sleep in a comfortable space. The bath room was small, but the shower was good.

It was forbidden to eat or drink in the room, this was not easy as you had to go to the city centre. Not that far away, but for breakfast, it is not the best solution. Although there was bed linnen foreseen, the plastic covers on the matras and pillow made me sleep bad (it makes noise whenever you turn your body or head.

Clean and huge room in a hostel

The room was huge and we had our own bathroom. Both were very clean and functional. We slept well. The staff we met the next morning was very friendly.

With the hostel, we had agreed on a late arrival. They sent us an electronic key for which we had to download an app beforehand. Upon our arrival at 22h the key did not work and we could not enter the building. We called the emergency number of the hostel and there was only an answering machine (!). This is unacceptable. Finally another guest heard us and let us in and luckily the electronic key worked for the room.

Okayish price Breakfast was just okay.

. The rooms are recently rennovated, although you can still see light switchs repaired with sticky tape, or broken parts here and there. Breakfast quality was also poor, the cheese plate was served over some lettuce leaves that were not at good condition.

Eerste maal voor mij en mijn kleindochter in een jeugdherberg. Aangename ervaring, alles basic en prima in orde evenals het ontbijt. Vriendelijk ontvangst ook.

Le calme du lieu

Les deux lits et couvertures séparés. Quand nous sommes en couple, nous préférons un lit double, les draps et les couettes aussi. Nous n'étions pas contents du tout!

Sympathiek onthaal. Mooi ontbijt. Koelkast met oa streekbieren. De ligging.

Prijs-kwaliteit prima, mooie locatie

Mooie locatie, veel parkeerplaats, duidelijke communicatie, prachtig buitenterras, simpel maar degelijk ontbijt , ook koelkast met drankjes en gezelschapsspellen aanwezig en een speeltuin buiten

We moesten zelf bedden opmaken en terug aftrekken bij vertrek en eigen handdoeken meebrengen (werd wel duidelijk vooraf gecommuniceerd). Er waren geen doucheproducten. Tijdspanne voor ontbijt beperkt (8u15-9u) en geen croissants of stokbrood of yoghurt aanwezig maar verder zeker ruim voldoende voor een jeugdherberg.

Tolle Lage auf einer Anhöhe mit schöner Terrasse und tollem Ausblick! Sehr ruhig nachts, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Frühstück war ausreichend mit tollen Säften. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereite Personal!

Dikke aanrader

Ruime nette kamer met heel grote badkamer. Hebben enkel overnacht en niet van alle faciliteiten gebruik gemaakt. Mooie omgeving Goede en veilige fietsenstalling om de e-bikes op te laden. Degelijk ontbijt genoten op het terras met mooi uitzicht. De fruitsappen kunnen beter (waterachtig)!

Vous pouvez franchement vous y arrêter pour la nuit!

L'hôte est vraiment sympathique. L'établissement est à 10 minutes à pieds du centre-ville. Nous partions très très tôt le matin et notre petit-déjeuner était disponible dans le frigo ; une chouette attention!

Eenvoud was voor 1 nacht ok. Langer zou ik niet blijven.

Het ontbijt was ronduit slecht. In de rij voor eenvoudige sneetjes brood met eenvoudige ham en kaas. Meer niet. Koffie was snel op en de vrouw rolde met haar open als om meer vroeg.

Teleurstellend, zeer basale service voor de prijs van een hotelovernachting.

Op zich een prima kamer en de locatie is prettig.

Het ontbijt was erg slecht, een paar witte boterhammen met plakjes slappe kaas. Terwijl het tarief vergelijkbaar is met een hotel of B&B, waar je een uitgebreid ontbijt krijgt.

Übernachtung im Kaelo Eupen.

Super nettes Personal, sehr Sauber und ruhig. Sehr gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten alles was man braucht für eine Übernachtung und kommen sicherlich wieder, wir waren bereits letztes Jahr schonmal dort.
