Comfortable but basic accommodation, mostly quiet, Wi-Fi and TV not working was an irritant. 7/10

Location was god, very convenient for the purpose of my visit. Comfortable bed, clean living area decent kitchen area, good bathroom/shower area.

Got given Wi-Fi access code/password, would not connect at all. TV reception was dire, made it unwatchable on all channels so post work wind-down/relaxing was nearly impossible other than using my phone. Recommended car park was "permit holders only" which added a good 45 minutes trying to find a convenient long-term/weekend car park within close reach of the property. The extremely close proximity to the fire station would definitely be an issue for all but the heaviest of sleepers.

The place was named y clean. The bed had moulds everywhere. The microwave doesn’t want work. The toilet light wasn’t working. No tv remote . Kitchen pots were dirty. The place was really cold.pillows were very thin and bedding had stains on it🤮 When you try to message the owner she doesn’t reply.

Great location for radio 2 in the park close to centre for food 👌

No pillows on bed just wadding in pillowcase Kitchen floor had broken tiles which were dangerous when walking on Needs cutlery only knives and dessert spoons provided

Not pleasant

Location was good

Very dirty. Fridge was very dirty and had mould init. There was hair and grime in the bathroom. No cups to make a hot drink. Had one very small glass that was incredibly dirty. You have a tv on the wall that has no signal. Nowhere to sit apart from the bed. Had people coming and going through the main door at 2am 3am 5am which woke us up.

The location of the property was very good.

Initially the property seemed ok. The pictures are quite misleading. Although it’s a re-furnished property it was extremely messy. There was stains on the bedcovers and the floor was dirty. We stayed for 2 nights and after the first night we realised that we had been bitten by bugs and we inspected the bed and saw that the mattress had been pushed up to hide a terrible mess, which is probably where the insects are hiding 🥺 I messaged the apartment manager but they have not responded about the insect issue.

Was okay for what we paid and needed, wouldn’t choose to spend an extended period of time here.

Wouldn’t choose to stay again out of choice but did the job for the night. Liked the option to make own food. Bathroom was modern and new.

Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were as thin as cardboard. Shower dripped constantly throughout the night. Light was automatic and turned on multiple times throughout the night waking us up and not turning off for ages. Bed sheets were stained, mattress underneath was filthy. Walls extremely thin and heard people going una md out at all times of the night. Doors didn’t feel secure when locked (bolt did not work)

Location . Nice area, felt safe, close to amenities . Nice clean en-suite though we didn’t use shower in case drain was blocked . Apart from the mattress, the apartment was clean

Bed base broken, very cheap , old, stained mattress. Poor sleep due to broken bed and prominent bed springs. Kitchen sink blocked. Loud noise and constant door slamming after midnight . I was not comfortable with having to send copy of my driving license before owner would send correct code to gain access

The bed’s matress was filthy and we got bed bug bites. The room had no iron or ironing board and looked neglected. The shower door was broken and although we requested it to be repaired and werw told they would come, they never did. I hated the room and the bes is far too small for two people to sleep on. we felt cheated. The toilet flusher was not even on there, all the windows have mould on them. even the matress had mould.

Location and Price

Where to start? I know its a budget property but it should be safe and this one is not. An unacceptable rental property, even at a cheap price .. first time I have felt like a need to get a new nights accomodation. Given room code for another person's room and had to mess around getting phone numbers to get in . Room locks were fragile and had clearly been forced open more than once. Smoke alarms on ceiling taken apart and missing and given there is only one exit down a shared stairway, not confidence inspiring. Shower door broken, toilet flusher broken, toilet cistern 15 minutes to noisy fill as broken, pillows like tissue paper, mattress possibly worst ever, noisy until 3am in the morning from neighbours, light in room you can not turn off unless you go to the fuse box (marked helpfully by a prior guest!), windows that worked in some rooms, not others. I hesitate to give an unfair review when it is clearly priced as budget ... but it does not meet minimum standards.

Location, size, cleanliness.

Crazy loud vent from adjacent building running all night, Lack of communication/check in details with owner which wasted my time, loose kitchen floor tiles, broken window blinds so unable to block out exterior lights, rip in duvet.

ok - do not book when it's cold outside

At least it was clean

it was SO cold. I cannot recommend this appartment in the winter months. When I arrived the heater was off which meant the room was freezing cold. NO heater in the bathroom! Things were broken, mattress felt like a thin sponge. I slept in thick clothes and was still freezing. Glad I only spent one night there. I think it's a good cheap option for a short trip in the summer but nothing more.

The room was freezing, I had to sleep with a jacket on, they do not care about the customer, the room also smells of weed which gave me a headache. the door looked broken and I felt unsafe, toilet papers were wet, no soap or anything in the toilet, the bed was dirty and they do not replay to the customer, I had to pay them a deposit of £100 which they still did not pay me back even after 4 days!!the worst hotel I have ever been in Leicester, please avoid it.

I'll go somewhere else

The location was good, very central, but there is nothing else to recommend it.

We expected the basics for my son to spend one night there, but there was no functioning shower, the place was dirty and they asked for £100 deposit out of the blue, without which they denied us the key code. Despite promising to pay it back upon departure, I had to chase the owner down after a week.

Great location to what you need in Leicester

It was very cold and took hours to warm up, went to bed with all my clothes on, jacket and towels over duvet, single glazed windows so be prepared, arrived to a strong smell of cannabis, shower room smelt very damp, fire alarms in drawer, hole in wall, pillow smelt of BO, other than being a great location to Leicester train station it’s hard to compliment it, the host was great on arrival, but I got locked out the next morning and couldn’t get in or only get hold of anyone, luckily someone let me in. It’s a shame really as it would be a lovely little place.

Rubbish

The ceiling had moss all of it, the light switch was cracked. The tiles on the floor was cracked and the radiator wasn’t even work. This place was a Biohazard and a safety risk.

In need of repair

The room rate was cheap (deposit aside) and the bedroom appeared clean. the bed was pleasant enough.

The host was difficult to get hold of and check in instructions were sent an hour later than indicated. There are several parts in the property in a bad state of repair , this is particularly egregious given the host demands a deposit of £100 (nearly double the rate for the property)
