Perfect location, great staff.

Location, facilities and staff, specially the manager and Mr. Roberto, the security person. Perfect for families and any one that goes to Mexico City for work. Best location possible.

Cleanness can improve a little bit and some maintenance of bathroom pipes.

Great location but get what you pay for.

Staff we're very friendly. Location was pretty good. 10min walk to main streets.

The walls are extremely thin. People partying until late at night. Sounds like they're in the room with you. Definitely need to take ear plugs. People in the above apartments walking around until 3 to 5am in the morning.

Nice location, but not so nice experience

LOCATION IS AMAZING.. AND THE OLD MAN ( I DONT REMEMBER THE NAME) WORKING AT THE FRONT DOOR, THE ONE WHO WAS BIT YOUNGER NOT SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL

we stayed there first time 4 days second time 3 days and third time 1 night only.. because we were based in Polanco but moving and did different trips to Tijuana first and Cancun after, honestly the staff is not so friendly the look only to charge, i had no car but one day my brother in law gave me his car for a few hours so i went in hotel and i said sorry can i park the car in your parking is just for a couple of hourse (at the end was only 1 h) and they charged me for the full night, we were with the small kid and we asked another day to please enter inside with the car as was easier for us to download everything and they said ah you need to pay, i said is just for 5 min and they let me, on sunday they dont do the room, but when it was our check out day (sunday) and we asked to have late check out they told us is not possible.. honestly a nice place but the staff not so helpfull, i dont think i will go back another time there

Great location and very safe

Awesome location and lots of room. Felt very safe. Friendly security guards. Great internet.

Toilet had pee when we arrived and the shower drain had hair. Drinking glasses and coffee mugs were dirty. Couch had a broken leg. No way to lock the patio door, but we were 2 floors up so I guess that's ok. The gym equipment was dangerously run down.

The location.

Not well designed for cross breeze and hence the apartment was too warm with no ac even for Mexico City where it gets cool at night. Also there was construction going on which was not mentioned when renting. This was next door and the noise was so loud you could not rest or hear a conversation. Also the timings listed were not followed. I complained twice about the noise going beyond the times listed but the front desk was slow to act. It was let us check and let me call the owners and we have no authority to tell them to stop. Very poor response. Very unfair to not mention this construction work before hand. We would certainly have gone elsewhere.

Great location to Museo Nacional de Antropología

The location: 619 Lamartine is a short walk to the Museo Nacional de Antropología. Perfect for an early morning start on a Sunday! The morning security guard was really nice too.

No complimentary bottle of water in our apartment when we arrived after 2 pm on a Saturday and reception was closed until Monday morning. The bath towels were a bit threadbare and the shower over the deep tub was tricky to enter and exit.

The place overall

I asked if I could come 15 minutes before check in time to leave our suitcase, as I was traveling with my elder mother. I received a message saying I needed to pay $50 dls mire and they could not confirm if it could be possible. The night I arrived I had a situation lifting up something that affected my back and the nerves in that area. I was in a lot of pain and driving was very difficult. When we arrived, the big parking lot had just one car parked and ours. I asked if I could check out around 10:00 a.m as I gad a meeting and could leave the car there, as I mentioned it was hard to drive for the injury in my back, I explained this to the front desk person and she said no. Asked me to send a message trough booking as it was a different area that attended the request and they could not see what was sent. I sent a message asking to stay a little longer after check out time at noon, not in the apartment but just my car parked, they refused and the answer was those were the policies. It is amazing ti see the lack of sensibility, empathy and flexibility. I had to leave the place at 10:00 a.m. driving which was really hard. Will never stay in this place again and will share my experience with friends and on SM. They also requested to sign a Contract at check in and gave ni time to read it, they said you gave a copy, of something I had to sign without reading? A rental Contract for one night? Is that legal? The also had me sign a credit card receipt, when the room was already payed. Did not like the check in experience at all.

Spacious and clean apartment in upscale and safe location

The location was great and the apartment was very spacious. We got upgraded to a different property managed by the same company. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean.

They had a well-equipped kitchen but no detergent/sponge or dish washer for dirty dishes so we had to buy everything ourselves. The door key didn't work properly half of the time.

Nice, modern place in the middle of Polanco, didn't sleep great.

Nice, modern apartment in an ideal location in Polanco. Staff was friendly and helpful with checkin. Building is very safe, and quiet hours were respected by tenants. Maid service on the weekdays and coffee in the lobby on certain days was a nice touch.

There's no air conditioning, and my unit heated up in the afternoon. There is a fan, but still found it difficult to sleep at times, and opening the window meant inviting street noises. The pillows were not comfortable, I would prefer one that doesn't prop up my head so much. Supplies were pretty minimal, like there was a washer/dryer but no soap, and there were just 3 pods for the espresso maker. The door guys are nice but I find it strange that they must open the door for you every time you come and go, and check you in and out. I would prefer a little more autonomy here. I wished there were a way to text when I needed help, it's just a phone number to their main office.

Great stay at a great location

Super safe neighborhood, loved the location, which was close to Chapultepec, the museum of Anthropology and Reforma. Loved the floor plan of the house, and the security in the complex. Staff was really responsive and attentive to all our needs.

Breakfast was really convenient, but would appreciate a bit more variety. Sometimes refills would come in late. Also, coffee all day would be a plus! One more thing - there is no AC in the apartment, it is not really needed but a fan in each room would have been good. We were unable to get a fan for one of the rooms during the first two nights.

Perfekt location, beautiful property

Perfekt location, beautiful building and nice design, very friendly Team. Well organised (we arrived at 10 p.m., keys & co was ready for us). Roof top garden/terrace is a nice place for a morning coffee. There are bikes available for use.

Mold in the bathroom (corners and under marble plates at the edge of bathtub). Very loud fridge. No basic cleaning set for kitchen, like dishwasher liquid or kitchen sponge. No water kettle, no scissors, no kitchen towels to dry dishes. Windows set facing inner yard (small, = extra echo), if anyone of the neighbours leaves washing machine or drier working at night, everyone in the building will enjoy the noise. Bring your best earplugs.

A beautiful and functional property in a central and very safe location. The apartment has high-end finishes, it is nicely decorated and has very comfortable beds (on the firmer side). Every room has a TV in addition to the living room. The guards, receptionist and cleaning crew are really kind and go the extra mile to help you. There is parking available if you. bring you car. Also, you can order food (Ubereats) or anything from the pharmacy and they deliver to this location fairly quick. There are many restaurants at walking distance. You can also walk to the archeology museum and the Chapultepec park.

A minor thing I forgot is that in Mexico City properties typically don’t have central air conditioning including this one (nothing wrong with the property, it is the custom in the area). Do not expect to apartment to be as cold as in the beach resorts in Cancun or Cabo. Just open the windows and turn on the fans provided.

An amazing temporary housing facility! Second time the and hopefully will return.

It is well located, staff is super helpful and go over the top to make you feel comfortable and it is very comfortable.

I would wish for more items in the kitchen such as a baking pan inside the eletric oven (to heat little things, such as nuggets or fries - it falls through the grill), heat proof gloves and kitchen towels to dry hands.

Ok Apartment but Bad Service

The living area of the apartment is quite spacious and the apartment is located in a quiet, residential area. Both rooms had ensuite bathrooms.

The apartment itself, other than not having air conditioning, was not too bad even though the bathrooms are quite dated. However, it did not deliver on the service and comfort which you would normally expect and it also did not match what was written on the website. To give a few example, on the website, it was mentioned that there will be daily housekeeping, there was no service on Sunday. On other days, towels were hung back on the rails to dry rather than changed even when placed on the floor or bathtub. It was stated that there's 24 hour English speaking reception but the reception desk was more like office hours and the staff's level of English is very, very poor. When we arrived, the apartment was clean but someone had left half eaten chicken meal in the refrigerator. The dryer was also on as someone was doing laundry in our apartment. The kitchen had pots and pans but did not have a basic kettle for boiling water but the residence did provide it after we asked for one. There were some basic amentities in the flat such as 3 coffee pods, 1 small bar of soap and a small bottle of shampoo. One bar of soap meant you needed to move it between the sink and shower! Since we stayed a week, by 2nd day, there were no more coffee pods and another day or so, shampoo and soap had run out. We were then told that those were just "welcome pack" and they would not be replenished. So, basically, the stay gets worse the longer you stay. We also later found out that our "welcome pack" wasn't complete as it should have included slippers which we did not get. When we asked for the slippers, we could only have 2 pairs even though there were 3 of us.

the location is excellent

there is no air conditioning and the floor was heated somehow apartment was hot even with a pleasant weather outside. the showers were weak almost no water coming out no water in the apartment/kitchen, only 3 bottles when we arrived (500ml each) if you order something and it’s raining you will get wet as the property does not provide umbrellas and the staff won’t let the deliveryman to get in, or, neither will take the order to your apartment so you will need to walk short distance in the rain with stairs and get yourself a little wet.
