perfect location!
loved the location. it’s right near the beach and close enough to shops and restaurants. it has a lift which made life easier! apartment layout was great. was super clean and tidy we had an issue with a blocked shower and it was sorted that day with no problems great communication with the owner too
we struggled with the fact that there wasn’t air conditioning. there are two large fans there was only a half roll of toilet roll for a ten day stay for two people, any place we have stayed at before there is usually more no coffee sugar etc which would have been a nice touch

Nice apartment in good location.
Very close to the beach and old town. Comfortable and clean.
Only one thing we did not like was the small and uncomfortable bath.

Vacanza a Chiavari
L'appartamento è in una ottima posizione: l'ingresso è sull'aurelia e a 2 passi c'è il sottopasso per la spiaggia e subito alle spalle il centro con area pedonale di Chiavari. E' raggiungibile facilmente in auto per lo scarico dei bagagli e (girando un po' a seconda del periodo...), si trovano parcheggi gratuiti per l'auto. La proprietaria è molto disponibile, l'appartamento è di dimensioni adeguate (noi eravamo 2 aduli + 2 bimbi) e ha tutto il necessario sia nella zona giorno sia notte.
La mancanza dell'aria condizionata può farsi sentire nelle giornate, e nottate, più calde ma sono presenti 2 ventilatori (uno in sala e uno in camera). Pur affacciandosi l'appartamento nella parte interna del palazzo, in camera di notte con le finestre aperte si sente abbastanza il rumore dei veicoli che passano sull'aurelia.
