Materasso matrimoniale comodissimo! Ottima posizione davanti alla spiaggia, condominio tranquillo, parkeggio gratuito più vicino al porto, casa ristrutturata con elettromestici praticamente nuovi. Una cameretta minimal con due letti singoli e un comodino e appendiabiti, camera matrimoniale con un bell'armadio, due comodini, appendiabiti, bagno con doccia, cucina con due fuochi ad induzione.
Mancanza di aria condizionata, fino ai 30gradi è cmq ben arieggiata la sera, rumore la sera tra musica dal vivo e ritiro spazzatura del vetro. Tutto sopportabile però!

Posizione ottima, accessibilità ottima, disponibilità a modulare gli orari ingresso uscita.
Non eccellente la pulizia, doccia sporca, abbiamo trovato un reggiseno dietro ad un letto, dei documenti di altri ospiti.

Schöne Wohnung, überdurchschnittlich ausgerüstet, Perfekte Lage für Familien, alles ist in Gehdistanz: Strand, Spielplatz, öffentliche Tiefgarage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Stadtzentrum. Sicht aufs Meer von der Seite. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert. Wir haben tolle Tage hier verbacht.
Man ist wirklich im Zentrum und zwischen Bahngeleisen und Meer. Man hört die Züge gut, die Strasse etwas und das Restaurant nebenan entsorgt bis spät abends noch Glas im Container, was zu hören ist. Uns hat das alles aber nicht gestört.
