A super experience.

Miranda was so nice during our stay and made our stay exceptional, one of the best of our lifes. The breakfast was full of delicious dishes. I'd recommend staying there, the place was clean, you had all the basic necessities. The location was very close to the center.

Qëndrimi ynë në Dimitri Guest House ishte vërtet i mrekullueshëm! Ambienti ishte shumë i pastër, i qetë dhe i rregulluar me shumë kujdes. Mikpritja ishte e ngrohtë dhe e sinqertë, na bënë të ndiheshim si në shtëpi. Dhoma ishte komode dhe me të gjitha kushtet që mund të kërkosh për një pushim të shkurtër dhe relaksues. Mëngjesi i përgatitur ishte fantastik. Pa dyshim do të kthehemi përsëri !

The host was an absolute delight and looked after us with breakfast, towels etc. Room was well equipped and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious- lots to choose from and espresso coffee.

They prepare the breakfast for everyone ahead which is not a problem unless you eat fried egg. That is really not delicious if it's cold 😄

small and nice with the great atmosphere in the centre, Dimitri was a great host, he booked a parking spot for us and offered tasteful homemade raki

A very friendly hostess, who greeted me with water and fruit, prepared an amazing breakfast every morning, gave me fruit, drinks, and snacks during the day, and arranged for the bus to pick me up at the guesthouse when I left.

Great old albanian house. You can really feel the history of this place.

Room with balcony dosn’t mean that you will have balcony in your room. There is big terrace with beautiful view on the last floor, which is available for all guests.

Modern, clean, hospitable!

Great guest house, very well equiped, modern, clean and spacious. Breakfast is included and it was very tasty, rich, self service. Lady owner and her grandson Dimitri are very helpful and they welcomed us with a traditional pastry and were very helpful. We also appreciate they saved us a parking place in front of the guest house when we came back to the room in the evening. It is quite professionnally run guest house, highly recommended! We also enjoyed the town Permet, very nice, clean, lively town with great restaurants, bars, kind local people and great starting point to visit amazing canyon and natural thermal baths nearby.
