Everything was fantastic in Villa Permet.

The breakfast it was delicious. The location was with an amazing view. It was near the centre of the town and you can go around to see all the beautiful houses and all the things that the city of Permet offers.

Great staff! Kind people who mad emy staying very enjoyable

The lady who served me breakfast, was super kind and always with a smile on her face. Big compliments to her! Also, when I arrived, I spoke on the phone with a lady who wasn't Albanian and she was super nice to me as well. The other guy who worked there, also super helpful and kind. Great staff! Also, a black scary Rottweiler, is not scary at all. He is just a teddy bear who stays at the hotel time to time. Don't let his look fools you, he is very kind!

The staff was so nice and welcoming! The room was so clean and the bed was very very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were so good!! It really exceeded our expectations!

Boutique hotel with a few features to be improved

Large room, bathroom very nice , beautifully renovated mansion, large terrasse, private parking lot, staff helpful to book rafting tour at the last minute.

Tried to have the room paid in cash under the false excuse that the POS was not working. I had to insist, and suddenly the credit card machine was in wirking order. Diner is expensive compared to dowtown restaurants that for sure look less trendy but without a doubt have more cachet and good local food to offer. Bed for the third guest had a break in the middle of the length : that was a divan couch, not a bed mattress. Breakfast was not a buffet.

Large comfortable room in a restored historic building

Our bedroom was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The setting was beautiful.

Nice location, good starting point. Very clean. Nice bathroom supplies. Very filling breakfast.

Not yet at the 4 star level that they want to be. We booked a larger room with Mountain View but the room was just that, larger. Parking spot view with some mountains in the background. The door lock didn’t lock. Chaotic parking situation.

Black mould in showers. One bedroom was fabulously large, but furnishing in room was too spartan - needs a chair or chaise lounge. Beautiful traditional curtains block the upper view of surrounding mountains

Good views from the high floors.

A friendly welcome and an upgrade to a larger corner room on a high floor with views over Permet and to the hills in the distance. A large, well equipped bathroom, and a coffee machine and a kettle too which we didn't often come across in hotels in Albania. Plentiful breakfast too. Unfortunately it rained during our stay otherwise sitting on the terrace would have been lovely. Good car parking too.

Georgous place to stay with the worst exchange rate in Albania (we experienced)

Spacious and comfortable room, interior is in-line with the entire building. We had great breakfast and got prompt help if we have issue with the improperly used/booked parking lot preventing our leave. Worth to mention they are improving, comparing to the previous reviews, because they already have pay the room by card option, not only cash.

Although you can pay by card, they are applied (not the bank or card company) the worst ever exchange rate during our 2 weeks stay in Albania so be cautious on this!!!

Amazing rooms in a beautiful building and a traditional old albanian town

We have been impressed by how lovely our stay at the Villa Permet was. The place is extremely lovely made and the rooms are stunning. Spacious and really well furnished. The price is well spent money and it proved to be our nicest accommodation of the whole vacation. The breakfast was very rich and the coffee was fantastic. We can recommend!!

Old stlye charm with modern conveniences.

Villa Permet sits above the town of Permet in a nice quiet location but one can easliy walk down into town and the river. The hotel is built in the old style however has all the modern conveniences. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We chose to have dinner their our first evening and booked again for the second evening because it was so good. The area is well worth a visit and when you do be sure to book here!

The room was very large and roomy. Roomy enough for a sofa our comfortabel sitting space. That was the only thing missing.

Villa Permet seems like someone took a piece of Tuscany and put it in Permet. Rooms are beautiful, and fresh. Staff is extremely helpful, if you haven’t book any activities prior to coming they will help you with everything! Make sure to have one dinner there to enjoy the atmosphere of this place. And of course good breakfast!

Superb

In between the narrow roads of the old part of Permet you can find this imposing stone building. The view from the terrace is great and invites you to have a nice drink before heading into the city below. The rooms felt like a nice mix of modern and historic styles.

Charming place in the middle of the mountains!

We had a short but perfect stay at Villa Permet. A charming building with rooms elegantly decorated and super comfortable. The breakfast a la carte on the terrace was delicious and everyone was friendly and helpful. Permet is a lovely small town and it was great to be able to simply walk down the street to reach the center and enjoy the magnificent surroundings! Definitely recommend!
