Beautiful garden

We had a nice stay in the Garden Guest House with a wonderful breakfast in the garden. It was possible to check in a little bit earlier and we got a very warm welcome from the owner - a lovely lady.

A charming restored house in the old part of Permet. A beautiful garden where you can enjoy a very good breakfast. The hosts are very kind and helpful. Bonus points for a bathroom with a window. Limited parking space, but the owners made room for us where they usually park themselves.

We highly recommend staying at the Garden Guest House. Everything is spotlessly clean and well maintained, and the garden is absolutely stunning—peaceful, lush, and full of charm. The breakfast is delicious, with fresh and thoughtful touches each morning. Alexandra, the hostess, is incredibly kind and attentive; she truly goes out of her way to make guests feel welcome and cared for. A wonderful experience all around!

Alexandra is an amazing en sweet host who makes you feel right at home. A retired nurse who cooks the best traditional Albanese breakfast made with love witch you can enjoy in the garden. The location is perfect, clean and quiet, just a minute walk from the town.

Host family was very friendly. We were served delicious breakfast in the garden. The house is nicely renovated and has everything we needed. It is a short walk from the center, along newly renovated lanes.

Amazing stay!!

We had a fantastic stay at Garden Permet. The place is extremely beautiful and the room was immaculate. Very comfortable bed and the hosts were extremely hospitable and generous. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and we received great recommendations for what to do/see around the area. This is a labour of love and it shows. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!!!

Very beautiful little guesthouse on the hills of Permet. The landlady is very kind and the homemade breakfast was amazing. Nice and clean room and quiet neighborhood.

The location is a little hard to find, and not in the center of the town. The lady doesn't speak any foreign language, but makes it work anyways.

Lovely and well-kept garden made for an excellent group stay. The host is very friendly and living nearby. Though a bit hard to find uphill, this is a really quiet and still central place in Permet. Absolutely loved it.

Beautiful house and garden, comfortable and clean room, extremely kind and attentive owners, perfect breakfast, very good price.

There was no signage outside but the house is easily recognizable from the photographs on the website, so at the end it wasn’t that much of a problem.

worst experience ever

The breakfast was very poor , we had no privacy they were looking at the cameras all the time and commenting the next morning. She entered my room the last day without knocking because she wanted for us to leave early so she could finish her chores. We couldn’t find the hotel because it had no signs and the road was broken .When we payed she didn’t return the change because she said I don’t have money and that she will return it the next time. It was my wors experience in a guest house I would not recommend it!

The view was very nice and you can see all Permet from second floor of the building. The owner’s were very friendly and hostess . Room was very clean. They also give us a lot of Raki( that it is a common alcohol drink in Albania ) that I totally recommend to try it. Totally recommend Garden Permet fot staying. Hope you all have the same good experience as us.🙏🙏

Very beautiful guest house with new, tastefully decorated and very clean rooms. We were very friendly welcomed with a little local sweet snack.

The guest house is located at a little and badly paved road that is maybe not so easy to find. Luckily staff helped out!

Wer in Permet zu Besuch ist, sollte unbedingt im Garden Guest House bei Alexandra wohnen. In diesem Haus steckt viel Liebe zum Detail und der Garten ist das Herzstück. Die Unterkunft wird aber erst durch die Dame des Hauses Alexandra zu einem authentischen und herzlichen Ort. Sie hat uns das Gefühl gegeben willkommen zu sein und wir haben uns rundum umsorgt gefühlt. Sie macht ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, das jeden Tag ein bisschen variiert. Dazu gibt es leckeren Bergkräuter-Tee. Wir haben auch im Oktober, obwohl es morgens noch kühl war immer draußen gefrühstückt, weil es so schön war. Alexandras Mann hat uns zum Aufwärmen Raki angeboten. Das Angebot haben wir abends dann auch dankend angenommen. Der Raki war sehr lecker. Faleminderit! Das Haus liegt im schönsten Teil von Permet ein bisschen am Hang. Parkmöglichkeiten sind etwas begrenzt. Es gab aber einen Platz an der Straße für uns, der erstaunlicherweise auch immer frei war. Wer also Zeit in Permet verbringen möchte, findet im Garden Guest House ein Zuhause in einer Oase mitten im Zentrum.

Herzliche Gastgeberin, idyllischer Garten und ausgezeichnetes Frühstück - ein Highlight!

Ein sehr sauberes und schönes Guesthouse mit einem wunderbar gepflegten Blumengarten, der eine entspannte Atmosphäre schafft. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Haus ist hervorragend. Besonders beeindruckend ist, dass die Gastgeberin alle Arbeiten selbst übernimmt. Sie ist äusserst freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit, hat immer ein charmantes Lächeln auf den Lippen und ist sehr interessiert an ihren Gästen. Auch wenn sie nur wenig Englisch spricht, bemüht sie sich stets, mit einem zu kommunizieren. Das Frühstück ist absolut Spitze – frische, lokale Produkte, die perfekt zubereitet sind. Die Lage des Guesthouses ist ebenfalls ideal: Man kann zu Fuss in kurzer Zeit überall in Përmet sein. Dies war die beste Unterkunft unserer gesamten Albanien-Reise! :-D Ein absolut empfehlenswerter Ort für einen Aufenthalt! :-)
