The little B&B was great. Easy to find, 3 min away from the center, easy to park next to. The courtyard was beautiful, and breakfast served in the morning was awesome (cooked for 6 people just for the 2 of us)! Room was comfortable with a great AC. Definitly would recommend.
Hosts were super helpful, recommended the best meal and restaurant we had in Albania!

The Mosaic House is a gem of accommodation, nestled in a private garden, hosted by a warm and vibrant family.
We were enthusiastically greeted when we arrived and led through the garden, learning about the mosaic and our host’s history there. As we moved beyond the entry garden, we were met with blooms and plants of every type, seated in that lush place, and given a special treat by our hosts as we sat and talked for a bit, using multiple languages.
We were shown to our room, which perches above the garden. Everything was spotlessly clean, new, and very comfortable.
We made a trip to the nearby Benja pools and then, after returning, walked down to the town to have dinner. The town itself was lively, energized, with lots of people walking, kids playing. It was easy to traverse, felt very safe, and dining options were plentiful. We easily walked back to the Mosaic House thereafter.
In the morning, our hosts made us the most fantastic breakfast on their gorgeous, blooming garden terrace. It could not have been more picturesque, delicious or special! We enjoyed talking with the whole family, including their daughter who was home from college. What a lovely time!
There was nothing not to love! The one tricky moment we had was due to a car parked out into the street leading to the Mosaic House that was blocking our way. We knock and asked the neighbor to repark so we could get by. As usual… it’s Albania and streets are ancient and narrow.

This is a beautiful family-run property in the very pleasant town of Permet. The room and facilities are excellent - modern, effective bathroom and plumbing in a very traditional house. The bed linen and towels are of a very high quality with traditional decorative details added which add a lovely touch.
The breakfast was excellent with fresh and high quality produce - eggs, tomatoes, cheese, local fruit, bananas, coffee and superb local tea.
Our hosts could not have been better -friendly, attentive and welcoming.
The external seating area, where we had breakfast, is beautiful, with vines, fruit trees and flowers in abundance.
