I had a great experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the town center, making it very convenient for exploring. I also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which felt fresh and homemade. Overall, I highly recommend Vila Culli for anyone visiting Përmet — great hospitality and a relaxing stay.

Warm welcome, beautiful stay, delicious breakfast!

A very lovely stay, the room was beautiful, clean, comfortable. We got a very warm welcome, were shown all the amenities and even got excellent tips on what to see and where to go. Not to mention the breakfast on the balcony next morning with stunning views. Highly recommend!

Only thing to note is that parking is slightly tight, but we had a fairly large car and still managed.

Great stay with good breakfast

A very nice, clean and big room just a few streets from the city center. With a warm owner who does not speak English but you can communicate with eachother. The breakfast was very good as well all ingredients from his own garden and traditional.

Nice room in perfect location

Location is perfect the room nice and clean. Tina is really nice also and really want the best for you. The « beignet » and the homemade jam is really nice for the breakfast

The WiFi was really bad and there was a light at the neighbour that stayed the whole night and the curtain didn’t cover the full window. But to be honest except this the rest was perfect.

Wonderful hotel, excellent experience

The hotel was a very pleasant place to stay. If you want to feel yourself at home, you are in the right place. Super clean, super comfortable, super friendly environment. I can't forget eating breakfast at the garden with kiwi fruits above our heads. Breakfast was very good and all organic and homemade. Tina the host, was going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Lorenco was very friendly and he was the right person to give you information about the city and its surroundings. The hotel was located in the best area of the city, very close to the center. The new road to the hotel with fancy lighting was just completed. Another bonus point for this hotel was the distance to Benja thermal baths which was very close. Such a great experience! The hotel offers rafting experience so you don't have to worry about wasting time to find that information. If you ever go to Permet, this is the right place to go. Amazing and unforgettable experience at Vila Culli. I will definitely reccomend it and I will go back again.

We liked everything in our stay: cozy room, quiet place and shadow in the garden with growing kiwis, but the best part was the host-absolutely fantastic! So much energy, enthusiasm, local knowledge and just good vibes! We also loved the city: small one, but with atmosphere and with everything we needed

Clean, spacious and new rooms. Very large and health breakfast in the terrace or patio. Staff (Lorenzo and his sister) had a lot of attention for us.

Great position, in a very quiet area but still very close to the center of the village. Lorenzo and his sister Liliana (both local natives, despite the Italian names) are very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic hosts. I recommend the local mountain tea and the cherry confiture (among other delicacies) at breakfast

Great place for a short term stay

Great & super friendly hosts. Very clean and tidy rooms and a good breakfast. There is parking space available too. It is very close to the town center and lot of restaurants and supermarkets at a walking distance. Would stay again once I'm back in the area.

Location is difficult to find through google maps and it would be better if more information is provided on the listing on the exact directions to reach the property. But, the hosts were very communicative and they picked us up from a nearby location to get to the apartment

Perfect stay in Permet!

Lorenzo was very kind, gave us many tips and made us try all the fresh fruit that is growing in the garden! You felt very much like home, the breakfast was deliscious and frrsh and we could even wash our laundry.
