What is especially nice are the teraces and garden with views, plus the owner gives you fresh loukomades for breakfast

Lovely place!

Very nice shared terras to sit and relax, read or play games. It has a beautiful view! Small kitchen to make your own diner. Very lovely host! Close to the beach, easy reachable by car. Would recommend.

Chilled, quiet, relaxing and beautiful

The hosts were very lovely and welcoming. There is a beautiful outdoor kitchen terrace with amazing sea views, lovely decor and a bbq, sink and food prep area. We had planned to go out for the evening but it was so lovely we stayed and chilled there. There is a small shop nearby too.

Heaven on earth

This was the best place we stayed in Albania. The terrace is so gorgeous. We were able to use the barbecue with a view of the mountains and sea. The hosts were very sweet and the room was spotless and very comfortable. Strongly recommend staying here, you won't regret it!

Our room was very outdated, dark, with only 1 small window. Bathroom doors you cant close, the toilette you cant flush, and the worst- there is a hole in the bathroom wall (ca 40x50 cm), so you can easily chat with the person on a toilette.

Exceptional

Clean and cosy facilities, the bed was very comfortable. Klaudia is a very nice host, giving us some great advice about beach locations and helped us with the parking (it's possible to park at the facility, but the driveway was too steep for our heavy loaded car). The "greek style" terrace is wonderful and equipped with a kitchen. The market is 1min away and open until 10pm. Great!

Good

Nice guesthouse with private parking and a nice terrace with a view on the sea. In the terrace a small kitchen and grill is available for cooking. Room with double bed and private bathroom. They welcome us well and with a lot of talks. Nice people but sometimes a little bit too much, they decide to take us out for dinner (but we wanted to go on our own). We order the breakfast for the morning it was good but a little too pricy for what they offered (fried egg, yogurt and fresh fruits).

Difficult to locate the propriety, a sign with the guesthouse name is highly suggested.

We had a very warm welcome and immediately felt like at home. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Everything was simple, but very clean. Very recommendable also for younger people.

Disappointing

- host's parents were friendly (even though they didn't speak any English) - cute dog - nice view from terrace

- the room was damb and moist --> very smelly, especially the third bed?! - no breakfast available even though it was advertised on booking.com - dogs were very loud throughout the night - no hammock on roof top - we had to ask for towels, no blanket in the first night worst thing: usually I pay my bookings via credit card, this time I had to pay cash what I was not aware of! My fault! After we left, the host sent me a WhatsApp and informed me. As I didn't have data in Albania, I read the message in the late afternoon. I apologized and immediately offered to contact booking.com or send the money via paypal. First he suggested to meet up in Tirana but then he told me I had to send it via Wester Union, otherwise he would call the police?! (Before he had also sent a message on bookig.com that I had to pay the money within two hours or he called the police). I found that very scary. + several days later I got a payment request via booking even though I paid it immediately via Western Union on the day we checked out and he picked it up the same day?!

Een droomplek. De prachtige terras met een geweldig uitzicht, hangmat, heerlijke sfeer. Zeer relaxed. Overal bloemen, fruitbomen, druivenpergola over het terras. Fijne kamer. Prima bedden. Restaurantjes en winkeltje op loopafstand. Mooie, rustige strand in Bunec. Een wandeling gemaakt naar de klooster boven het dorp. Wij vonden Piqeras echt heerlijk en hadden geen zin om weg te gaan

Ligging perfect. Mooi uitzicht vanuit balkon. Mooie tuin. Rustige kamer. Goede airco. Winkeltje in de buurt.

Belle nature, calme, terrasse en lieu de vie.

Terrasses gigantesques sur jardin avec la mer à perte de vue. Cuisine plein air partagée avec bbq au gaz. Bouilloire electrique prêtée par notre gentille hôte. Le hamac pour la sieste! La pizzeria voisine propose un petit déjeuner avec vue magnifique. Le jardin magnifique. Un réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Salle de bain toute simple et très propre avec eau chaude bien puissante malgré système solaire. Nous étions les seuls résidents à ce moment là. Le gentil chien qui nous suit partout.

Il manque des lampes de chevet pour lire le soir au lit... Alors on a lu sur le terrasse.... Encore mieux.
